First of all I have to say that the hotel room was fine. The bed was a bit broken, but it wasn't that bad. Unfortunately, our bathroom stank and even on Sunday, when we left the window open for 48 hours, it still didn't smell any better. It should also be noted that the toilet flush didn't work at all.Now let's get to breakfast: That was horrible. Unfortunately you have to say that. We went for breakfast on Saturday morning, around 9:00, and there was absolutely nothing left! No butter, no coffee, no cheese, no sausage and the last egg that was left wasn't cooked through. The egg white was still raw. A very high risk of food poisoning. Even on Sunday morning everything was empty, as you can see in the picture. I would also like to add that we went for breakfast at 9 on Sunday and absolutely nothing was cleared away. All the plates, cups and other stuff were still on the tables. Bottomless, there's nothing else you can say about it.Last but not least: the staff. Difficult to say anything about it now because we haven't seen any. Neither in the morning during breakfast nor when we paid. So I can't rate the staff. All I can say is that there wasn't one.All in all, you have to say that this was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in in my life. And that may be saying something. I recommend anyone who wants to spend a weekend in Neukirch to look for another hotel. For example, a few places further.

We stayed in the next building. The room was large, bright and clean. Only the bathroom is a bit small with little storage space.A parking space is right in front of the door.We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. Everything you need for a good start. Rolls, toppings, juice, water etc. Scrambled eggs were made fresh upon request.Even though it was only one night, we felt comfortable

A very bad innkeeper landlord ... the oak tree (fest hall) was rented for a wedding, lunch was reduced to simple food by the innkeeper 2 days in advance, not as ordered weeks in advance, the champagne reception did not take place as agreed and the festival hall It was very dirty, the dishes were still dirty, etc...not recommended

Disaster, no hot water. The receptionist did not inform us that it would not be possible to take a shower with hot water. The food was bad, strange and greasy, the schnitzel smelled like boar, and it was expensive. The staff doesn't understand what they are saying, when I ask when there will be hot water in the tap, they bring me water in a bottle and a glass... despite all the inconveniences, no one offered me a discount or even a free beer. One advantage was that I had a large, comfortable bed. I do not recommend

A nice atmospheric place with an interesting owner and a funny chef who serves even the simplest dishes in an exquisite way 😉 A nice selection of alcohol and antiques at every step take us a little back in time.

My son and I went hiking in the area and we had a very nice, large and clean room. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, the innkeepers were very friendly. Great👍

My parents were your guests from Saturday to Sunday. They had a very nice double room and my daughter was with me to check in. She checked everything straight away. After all, nothing escapes children's eyes. Everything was perfectly fine. The room and the bathroom - everything was clean and very nicely decorated. My daughter was immediately thrilled, especially by the lamp with the horse 😅 The small gesture in the form of chocolate on the bed was immediately discovered and eaten 😋 The staff was also very friendly. We recommend you and wish you many more lovely and satisfied guests. See you soon 🙋♀️

First of all, it is positive that this historic restaurant will continue to operate.We had lunch here and were served in a friendly and polite manner. The food was okay, but the portions weren't particularly big for the price.The beer garden at the house is very practical but unfortunately only equipped with beer table sets, so staying for a long time becomes uncomfortable over time.There are also a few parking spaces in front of the house.

You simply can't stay overnight here. The room was dirty from front to back. There were cobwebs everywhere and even when the owner asked, the room was only cleaned inadequately. The accommodation is very noisy. At night, some dishes were put away, even though we were staying very high up. At breakfast you have to take into account that there will be dogs in the dining room. The asking price simply doesn't reflect the quality you would expect. Even one star is too much to give here.
