We stayed at the Pension zum Hirsch for one night during our hike and were very positively surprised 🤩Pretty, very clean rooms and very nice hosts.The food in the adjacent restaurant is excellent.Thank you very much 😊

We stopped there on Sunday while passing through Bautzen to have lunch. Had pre-ordered which was good because the “Hirsch” was well attended. Small menu but great food that is certainly prepared with love. A big thank you to the boss, who took a moment to tell us something about the history of the house. We'd love to come back.😃

Few dishes. But they are very well done. Large portion at a fair price. Deliciously prepared. Nice staff. The schnitzel was really huge and the fried potatoes were wonderfully crispy. Well seasoned and imaginative salad side dish.Everything great

To put it briefly, we have rarely eaten so well. The service was great, the waiting times were normal. A clear one is the “sour eggs” and the wild boar brawn. For dessert there was delicious soft ice cream. 👍

We stopped on July 3, 2023 after an 8-hour drive from Warsaw. We were the only guests in the entire hotel and yet the very nice owner welcomed us very hospitably. The room on the first floor is very comfortable, clean, equipped with a bathroom illuminated by a roof window. In front of the hotel there is a large parking lot, behind the hotel there is a huge and well-kept garden with a playground and pens for rabbits, roe deer and deer. There is a large kitchen with a dining table in the corridor, but we ate dinner on tables in the garden, looking at deer and greenery.

I stopped here to spend the night during my motorcycle trip. I don't speak German, but the owners communicated in English. I was impressed with the quality of the rooms and their cleanliness.I also had a delicious meal there. I heartily recommend it

Recommended for weddings in Bautzen. Great wedding location in Upper Lusatia. Free weddings are possible in the garden. Very child-friendly house with a playground, soft ice cream and a game park.

Even though we arrived quite late, the service was still in a good mood, friendly, and had a very good taste in music.For 94€ for 5 people you get very good food at fair prices. It was particularly good that there was KiBa. It was also very good that the food was very tasty and it also tasted very good. I'll happily come back hungry for more. They also accept changes to the food.

Highly Recommended. Great place to visit for the whole family with great cuisine and excellent service. Great location with a large hall for parties, weddings, big birthdays and much more. The guest rooms are also furnished with a lot of love. We'll definitely be back💖

You always have the feeling of being invited to friends' houses, the guesthouse rooms and holiday apartments are great and the food in the restaurant is delicious, you can tell that the boss still cooks himself here!Weddings in the beautiful garden have been offered here near Bautzen for some time now...a wedding planner is available upon request...Feeding the fallow deer is always an experience for the little spirits and if there is delicious soft ice cream afterwards, the day is perfect...
