Simple overnight accommodation, towels available, clean room and bathroom (with shower), no shower gel/hair wash available, mattresses actually worth replacing, parking spaces available in the yard

Simple, inexpensive rooms, everything was clean, uncomplicated check-in and check-out, only the surroundings weren't that inviting, in the middle of an industrial area and the street noise was annoying, but still enough for one night

We were looking for a room to stay overnight. The room was clean it wasn't noisy. Breakfast was at the bakery nearby. Everything was great.

The stay was as expected. It's a simple, cheap guesthouse. At the weekend the noise from the street was limited. The room was spacious and clean. Key delivery as described and without any problems. Parking directly at the house. The train station is a good 20 minutes away on foot.

Nice, clean and cozy, own parking lot, a little noisy during the day but not disturbing at night. The keys can be obtained using the code in the box near the entrance.We were very pleased.

Clean accommodation, quiet location, unfortunately located in an industrial area, so not a great view. Contact with the landlord is by telephone.

Unfortunately you can't give -stars... Rooms are modernly furnished... 1. If you know at lunchtime that guests will come in the evening, you can set the underfloor heating to 0... Everyone knows how long it takes to heat up a room with underfloor heating... 2. Furniture (bed frames have fumes) could only endure the night with the windows completely open and the stench was still in my nose. As a result, the next day I had a headache and was only capable of 50% performance... The proximity to the main road was rather minor.. Oh and for all of you... I was a fitter here on business

You can hardly hear the street inside, the dog barks, that's true, but it doesn't really bother you when the window is closed. There are cobwebs and spiders in many corners of the ceiling, but that doesn't have to be the case. We only give it 3 stars because we could only take lukewarm to cold showers. For 4 stars I would like to be able to take a warm shower...We were in the bungalow.

Clean and large rooms, with covered bicycle parking. Unfortunately located in an industrial area on busy streets. In addition, the neighbor's dog barks all night long and there is smoking in some rooms.Only recommended for emergencies.

We slept in room 7, the beds were in quite a used state, for a guy of 77kg it was comfortable at all. Room was clean and in good shape.
