Positive: great location, large apartment, view of Görlitz, kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, large sofa in the living area, sufficient towels available, large TV in the living area with Netflix, but no classic TV channels.Negative: Attic without elevator (approx. 75 steps) narrow double beds (approx. 1.40m wide, rather soft, a bit sagging in the middle) with only 1!! narrow duvet per double bed, no wardrobes, no cooking facilities, few dishes. Attention: the apartment is very noisy. TV and conversations can be clearly heard from the neighboring holiday apartment. The living room temperature is reduced to a maximum of 22°C, and it can be particularly cool in the bathroom. Paid parking spaces in front of the house (Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. but cheap, approx. 4EUR / day).Conclusion: OK for a short trip with a great location if you can live with the narrow beds, order additional blankets and the neighboring apartment is only occupied by quiet guests.

Luxury apartment with great view, right next to the river/border with Germany. Very very good choice. Newly renovated, nice and clean. Easy check in and checknout. Parking on the street next to the building, paid from Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00, weekends free. Highly recomend.

Great place in a quiet and peaceful area. There is air conditioning on both floors, so it is not too hot even though the apartment is located in the attic

Very high quality and tastefully furnished. Very nicely located, directly on the Neisse. Bridge to the German side not very far. Good dining options nearby. Only opening it using a code proved to be a bit complicated at first. After we got the hang of it, things went better. It was definitely up to us... 😉

It's wonderful... Modern, clean. There is everything you need:) 2-story apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room overlooking Nysa. Upstairs in the bedroom there is a large bathtub, and downstairs there is a shower, whatever you like. Right on the border with Germany. Close to restaurants, shops, etc. I recommend it to everyone - we will definitely come back here 😀

The apartment is very modernly furnished. The free-standing bathtub in the upper bedroom is a highlight. But you shouldn't be too full, because the spiral staircase is very narrow. Unfortunately there are no cupboards to store clothes. Therefore only suitable for a short trip. It is also unsuitable for people with walking difficulties, as you have to go up a few floors (there is no elevator!). There is a kitchen, but without a stove. Unfortunately we couldn't get the microwave to work... But there are a few restaurants nearby.To find the house you can only use the house number. Unfortunately, an advertising sign or something similar is missing. The apartment is located directly on the Neisse and has a view of Görlitz. There is no reception. You will receive the access code to the house and room by email or SMS.

The most beautiful apartment we visited and the price was unbeatable (1 night, 4 people - 2400 CZK). I really have nothing to complain about. The reality was even better than the photos.The free-standing bathtub in the bedroom had a twist, we were greeted by a beautifully laid table and lit lamps. Can only recommend 🤍

Booked for 2 nights... Furnishings super modern... And clean... Free-standing bathtub in the bedroom is nice... Unfortunately no balcony or terrace... 2 large TVs also great... No hotplates in the kitchen and no coffee machine ... No emergency exit in the upper room, if there is a fire, then I want to see how you can get down the small stairs in a panic... The soft mattress was particularly negative, with two people in the bed, a mattress forms in the middle of the mattress It's so deep that people meet there regularly in the valley... 🤣... I went to the couch for the second night... Otherwise great... Top location.. Top cleanliness.. Top furnishings..

It's really a luxury apartment, super nice and furnished with a lot of care in detail, the location is absolutely top. The only drawback is the 5th floor without an elevator. Price-performance ratio can't be beat.
