An incredible concept that is at the forefront. We are thrilled with the size of the apartment, which is more than just functionally equipped in terms of kitchen. What makes this all stand out is that the apartments are wheelchair accessible. One of them even has a bathroom specially designed for this purpose. The owners, the Starke family, are incredibly nice and helpful. Gladly again.Thank you for everything.

The holiday apartments and the entire complex are unique and beautiful! Modern and tastefully renovated, the charm of the old buildings has been preserved. Absolute showcase project♥️The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped and the brand new bathrooms are very comfortable. The super nice lady at reception makes a great breakfast. There is a great children's playroom on the first floor. The peace and quiet here and the view of the greenery are very good! The many small details that make up the inclusive project are particularly charming. The beautiful cultural events complement the concept perfectly. We felt totally at home here and went home feeling very relaxed and excited. See you next time!

Great old factory that really made something. Great room to stay overnight. Hall to celebrate. Conference room. Parking spaces in front of the door, breakfast house on the premises. Really great.If you're looking for somewhere to celebrate and spend the night, this is the place for you.

For us as a family, the Kulturfabrik was the perfect place to vacation. Our studio was right next to the very large and perfectly equipped lounge, aka play room, and it was hard to get our child away. The studio was also perfectly furnished for our taste. Modern, minimalist and yet cozy. The included breakfast was very good. We will be back. Great area to vacation and a nice spot for such accommodation.

Large rooms decorated in an old factory style, but still modern. What would round it all off: baseboards and ceiling moldings. The soil is also a matter of taste. But there is space, it is clean and the rooms are large. Service is good and the price is right. Only recommended

Great apartment. Spaarzaam ingericht maar he is van everything voldoende aanwezig. It was a shame it had a magnetron and also a broodrooster. It was always very warm in the building, especially in the bedroom. We got a good head fan and then it was good. Suitable beds and sanitary facilities. Mevrouw Starke is a very good person and is made to look better.The location of the 'Kulturfabrik' is located within one area of the most important tourist area. With the name, the 'Gedenkstätte' Bautzen and the center of Görlitz can never be missed. Another tip is the village museum, a small but very informative open air museum in Markersdorf.Great apartment, sparsely furnished, but everything is there. Unfortunately there was no microwave or toaster. It was very warm in the building during our stay, especially in the bedroom, which was not so pleasant. We bought a cheap fan and after that it was fine. Excellent beds and sanitary facilities. Ms. Starke has proven to be a very friendly and helpful landlady.The location of the Kulturfabrik is such that you can be at the main tourist attractions within an hour. In particular, you should not miss the Bautzen Memorial and the center of Görlitz. Another tip is the Village Museum, a small but very beautiful and informative open-air museum in Markersdorf.
