We booked an overnight stay including breakfast at the hotel. In the evening we booked a table in our own restaurant. The hotel itself is very modern. The rooms have everything you need. The service staff are very friendly and accommodating, we wanted to spontaneously change tables for dinner, which was done immediately. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. There isn't much to say about the surrounding area, Saxon Switzerland is always worth a trip.

After a hike over the surrounding mountains, the two of us spontaneously stopped here.Surprising cuisine in a positive sense. Creative but still down to earth. Attentive service.Another reason for us to hike in Saxon Switzerland again.Update Oct 24: Went here again today and wasn't disappointed.Absolute recommendation

Thank you for the great time in your home.We felt completely comfortable. We had half board and it was a culinary delight every evening 😋. In addition, the service was super friendly and very attentive 👍.We also found the layout of the room great when eating. This made it more comfortable.The hotel is in a nice, quiet location, but still central and very well maintained 👍As tips: In the beautiful, large, modern bathroom it would be useful to have storage space and 2 towel racks in the shower.For HP guests, it would be nice if you could see the menu in the morning. That increases the anticipation :))Many kind regards from the Gärtner family.

We stayed at the hotel for a week with half board. In addition to the fantastic friendliness of the staff and the particularly good atmosphere of the entire hotel, the quality and quantity of the excellent cuisine left us literally speechless. Be sure to book the wine accompaniment - it's really worth it.

We wanted to bridge the 1 hour rainy season to get to the bus and asked for a seat by phone. Unfortunately all the tables were fully booked, but we were kindly offered a place in the living room. They would be happy to give us a drink there. That's how it was - in a cozy, stylish atmosphere, with a friendly reception and service. Two hikers say thank you very much.

The food was of a very high quality. The staff was extremely friendly. Without a reservation there was no place for us at the bar or anything similar. We were extremely cold in the bistro. There was no small greeting for the obvious birthday child (yes, you don't have to expect that. Everything's good!), which left me a little disappointed in terms of service. All in all, Quartier 5 is a recommendation. I would like to come back. Next time probably with a reservation 😂

I have rarely eaten something so delicious. 😋The restaurant is absolutely recommended.We went to Quartier 5 again last Friday and unfortunately the service wasn't good at all compared to our first visit. The waiter wasn't really friendly and could only give bad and incorrect statements about the ingredients. But for someone who suffers from allergies, this can have dire consequences. You had to ask him to clarify this with the cook. We therefore felt unwelcome on our second visit.

We can't say anything about the rooms as we were “only” there for dinner.We had a very nice evening and were always served in a friendly and attentive manner. Homemade limoncello aperitif - top, bruschetta and main course were also very tasty. We were very satisfied. Of course the price level cannot be compared with breweries etc. but it's completely ok.
