I had booked a holiday apartment with a terrace and lake view. This booking was confirmed exactly the same!I got an attic apartment where you can see a snippet of the lake in one corner.You're always looking forward to a coffee on the terrace in the morning, a cozy meal on the terrace in the evening and then something like that!!!Of course, I immediately complained to the landlady. She said she didn't have an apartment with a terrace and a lake view, that would be a mistake on Booking.com's part.Since I assumed this was true, I naturally complained to booking.com.The next day the landlady was completely surprised that I complained. Then it turned out that she had blatantly lied to me!Because suddenly it was said that she had a holiday apartment with a terrace, but it was rented out.When asked what about the lake view, she said she would never write that down because otherwise the customers would be disappointed. Apparently booking.com wrote about it.Since the landlady didn't see anything wrong with herself, she wasn't willing to accommodate me either.Ruined the whole vacation and was just annoyed the whole vacation. NEVER AGAIN!!!Otherwise 80s style.

We've been coming back for a long time. We have already been to the parents of the innkeepers, who unfortunately have already passed away. Very nice holiday apartments, nicely and functionally furnished. Plus tip-top clean. Well, the location is just perfect. Price/performance ratio is good. An absolute recommendation from me and my wife.

We (my husband and I) stayed with the Rauber family for a week. A really clean apartment, very tastefully decorated. Everything you need. Partial view of the beautiful Lake Constance from the balcony. Private beach with jetty a few minutes walk: wonderful!All shops in Immenstaad are within walking distance. House management: very friendly, helpful, hardworking, well organized and very competent. Very happy with everything!

Very nice, relaxing, two-week summer vacation in a well-kept apartment with friendly hosts. Absolutely central location. Butcher, baker, newspaper kiosk, Rewe, savings bank - all within walking distance. Wonderfully varied and picturesque holiday region that invites you to swim in the crystal-clear lake, go hiking, go cycling or just relax. Many wonderful places nearby, with lush Mediterranean plants, great promenades and interesting old towns. Thanks to Fam.Rauber, we'll be back!

We spent a very nice week in Immenstaad in mid-September 18 and especially in the guesthouse on the Landsteg. Our holiday apartment was optimally furnished, very clean and ideally located.Our hostess was very approachable and helpful. We would be happy to spend our vacation in this house again. Highly recommended!
