The rooms are renovated and are a good size! There is a small kitchenette, but ZERO dishes, so pointless. Not listed in the room description on Booking.com, so you could have brought utensils with you. Very poor infrastructure without a car. Last bus arrives at 7 p.m. No restaurants nearby. Breakfast is ok, a lot of meat and little choice. The eggs are free-range 😔 The sauna is nice, but only open from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Price-performance rather unsatisfactory.

We spent 6 wonderful days in the country hotel. A big “thank you” for that. The room, with the cute terrace surrounded by hedges, was very clean and renovated to an absolutely high standard. We were thrilled. The breakfast buffet from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. was rich. Every morning there was scrambled eggs and always a different kind of warm or fried sausage. Plus a selection of sausages and cheeses, various jams, honey, yoghurts, muesli, etc. A pot of delicious coffee was always ready on the set table. If we travel to Saxon Switzerland again, the country hotel will see us again :)

We had our wedding reception on August 3rd. in the country hotel. Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed with the service, we didn't like the following things:- No contact person for problems(we had to ask first)- Very slow supply of drinks(had to constantly look for an operator)- > had booked a flat rate for drinks, which is probably why they didn't want to serve so much...?- no wedding decorations in the room, no congratulations from the hotel management, they could have come up with something;After the wedding we sent our feedback by email to the hotel or the hotel management.Even after a reminder, we still have it today(2 weeks later) still no response.The rooms were very nice and we felt very comfortable there.But the hotel probably can't handle criticism, very unprofessional behavior.We actually just wanted to give advice on what could be done better for future celebrations, but we are very disappointed with the lack of reaction from the hotel.You can certainly recommend the hotel for a short vacation, but not for thatHosting a wedding.

Modern hotel with great facilities and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious with a large enough selection. Many hiking opportunities can be reached from the hotel, the bus also stops right in front of it. I will gladly come again!

Very good location in Saxon Switzerland. Room was clean and modernly furnished. Staff always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, one star was deducted because an annoying whistling noise could be heard from the building technology when the window was open. So we had to sleep with the window closed.

Completely satisfied! Top and always friendly staff. Rooms clean and friendly furnished. Breakfast very rich, something for everyone. No problem even with a dog
