We have been to this guesthouse several times. We were always warmly welcomed and always had a very nice room. I can happily recommend the guesthouse. We always feel very comfortable with the Mäder family. Thank you very much for the lovely stay.

Great guest house with double rooms and apartments with harbor views. Our apartment is beautiful, modern, high quality and functionally furnished. It is tiled and has a beautiful modern bathroom with shower. A kitchenette with all the necessary kitchen appliances, utensils (stove, kettle, toaster etc) and a table for 2 people. is available. The Dolce Guste Picollo that we also have at home was great. We also really liked the large balcony with 2 chairs, cushions and a table with a view of the harbor and lake. Right next door is a pizzeria (that's fine) and the Hafenstube is a rustic pub. Things are very turbulent here at the weekend. Rating: Highly recommended. Thank you family Mäder - we'll be back.

Note that twice the tourist tax (€52.80) was wrongly demanded, while it had already been paid. When booking, the principal sum is immediately paid via the bank. Then came the request to pay the tourist tax, which was immediately done by credit card. (In fact, you are only supposed to pay this when you actually stay.) A few days later we were asked by email to pay the tourist tax again. This annoying issue was discussed with Melanie Mäder via an email exchange, and she ultimately confirmed by email that everything had been paid. However, upon check-out an invoice was shown with the tourist tax still outstanding. We then showed the full payment in the banking app. That made no impression. We also showed her own email in which the issue was resolved. But she stubbornly continued to insist that the tourist tax still had to be paid according to the invoice. We didn't get any further like that. So we said 'toodledokie' and just left. Well, not so normal, but very angry, and of course without paying the tourist tax again.Furthermore, nice view of the harbor from the room. There is no decent shop nearby. Apartment not cleaned during 8 days. And after showering the bathroom is flooded.

This guesthouse is located directly on Lake Constance, just across the street and you are at the marina. The location is great. Our room had a balcony with a side view of the lake. Everything was super clean and nothing was missing from the furnishings. Everything was perfect.

Small, fine accommodation. Bathroom is really small... location absolutely great. Bicycles can be rented in the immediate vicinity and you can also take the boat to Konstanz or Mainau, for example. There are a lot of gnats around - so leave the windows... we liked the pizzeria right next door. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly - you can't find that like delicious food everywhere on Lake Constance. Unfortunately there is no shopping opportunity, only a farmer's shop that is only open for a limited time.All in all, we had nice, relaxing days. The accommodation is really recommended.

The location of the house was great. Lake Constance only 50m away. The jetty and beach are practically on your doorstep. Numerous restaurants within a short walking distance. We had a very cozy attic apartment with a side balcony from which you could have a wonderful view of Lake Constance.The only thing we were missing was a small supermarket in town. The “village shop” is really only for baked goods. For everything else you really have to walk a long way or you still need the car.

We stayed here for a week and felt very comfortable. On the side facing the harbor, it's really nice to sit on the balcony and be right in the middle of the action. Very short distances to restaurants, pubs and bakeries.Very friendly hosts, great facilities!

The apartment is super direct with a view of the harbor, there is a swimming opportunity just around the corner. I think the fridge, toaster, egg cooker, coffee machine are great... so you have everything you need. The place is wonderful. Top repeat recommendation :))))

Absolute recommendation for a relaxing holiday on Lake Constance! The house is located directly at the harbor in Unteruhldingen, so you can easily reach the ferry, the lido, the bus and restaurants on foot. We had an apartment with a fully equipped kitchenette and living area, small bathroom with shower, semi-open bedroom and side balcony - perfect for two. Everything is super clean, well maintained and nicely furnished. There is parking space directly at the house and the bicycles could be stored in a lockable storage room. Ms. Mäder is very courteous and warm and even picked us up from the train station and brought us back again. Gladly again and again :)

Perfect holiday on Lake Constance. We didn't miss anything: garage for the car, locked storage room with charging facilities for e-bikes, large, well-equipped apartment. Everything is new and very high quality. Large bathroom, balcony, comfortable mattresses, and everything was super clean. The location directly at the marina is perfect. Bakery, jetty, beach and restaurants are practically on the doorstep. Many thanks to the Mäder family and their team. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back. K. & U.
