We as a family have decided not to go there anymoreThis accommodation was a nightmare. I was speechless. And on Sundays the sauna costs money. And parking costs €11 per night, which I personally think should be included in the price.

Breakfast good, staff nice. Unfortunately no beds made on the first day, no bathroom cleaned, parking fee too expensive

I don't often write reviews, only when there are particular problems. Both positive and negative.Unfortunately I have reason to say something unsatisfactory here.Service is not customer oriented. When we arrived in November (not a very warm time anymore), we stood in front of a closed door. When we called, we were told to only wait 10 minutes - they were taking the child to sports. Of course it was significantly more than 10 minutes. When we checked in we were asked where we were parking - at the house of course - ah then we will bill it separately later (we had already paid for our stay through the agency in advance) and we were also told that the price for breakfast was not cheap. Unfortunately the breakfast didn't match the price. I definitely have comparisons here - I've been traveling to all regions for over 20 years. and countries professionally - things are different.On the second day we no longer parked on the property.Unfortunately we also had to stop our work a day early due to weather.So I politely asked if we could offset the cost of the last, unneeded night against breakfast and also informed them that we were no longer using the parking lot. "I should have known that - unfortunately I can't waive the parking fees" We didn't block anyone from an unused parking space just because it was reserved (no one was parking on the premises) No other guests came to get their parking space because of us. Now if we had met our host in the meantime when we came back from work in the evening - the reception was just never occupied...OK, a few euros.At least the offset against the overnight stay not taken? doesn't work either... Why? Everything is possible if you just want it. Ergo, all overnight stays paid. Paid for unused parking space. Breakfast that was only worth half as much was also paid for. It's a shame.Over and beyond:We were registered as business fitters.Despite this information, the bed tax was added directly to the booking and charged to the credit card. This is not correct - it is only charged to private travelers. Here too, of course, no accommodation whatsoever - unfortunately paid is paid -Of course, it's not that easy when paying in advance through agencies, but if it has to, there has to be a way to deal with what happens if services cannot be provided - that can always happen - how is that solved? Unlucky?We paid extra for our breakfast and parking, for example - we could have relaxed here at the latest.Conclusion:Thanks for half off full price...

Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Great facility and perfect views directly on Lake Constance. Very clean!!I would only recommend!

A small feel-good guest house with charm and warmthFrom the very first moment I felt completely at home in this family-run guesthouse.The staff is very friendly and tries to make your stay as pleasant as possible.The rooms are clean and tidy.The breakfast has a reasonable selection - from sweet to savory, from waffles to scrambled eggs, juices, teas and coffee.The small spa area is very clean and, with its stylish design and the beautiful panoramic view of Lake Constance, invites you to relax and take a sauna.In addition, the location and surroundings of the guest house offer excursion opportunities in all directions. So there is something for everyone.Personally, I always enjoy traveling. The atmosphere and the feel-good factor, the surroundings and the lake are a dream.

Everything is acceptable, the staff is very friendly - except for the boss. He likes to foist additional costs on you, such as the expensive parking spaces. Requesting changes is tedious and costly. Too bad😏

it was agreed that we would call if we'd arrive after 6PM when the lobby closes.no answer on phone calls at 8PM.waiting under the rain to finally leave to another place where I was welcome...the room was charged anyway by the owner who didn't want to understand the situation.nice!
