Great food, very friendly staff. It would be nice if the many small bottles for shower gel, etc. in the bathroom were replaced with dispensers on the wall in an environmentally friendly way. It would also be easier to handle in the shower.

We celebrated our wedding in the Tannenhaus in September. When people talk about our wedding now, they only talk about the bad celebration and the totally unfriendly waiter. We arranged the celebration in advance with the restaurant manager, receptionist and chef. We felt so well taken care of. We were looked after very well. Then the day of days came. There were three waiters responsible for us. Two were friendly. But the head waiter just insulted our guests from the side. Was super rude! There were a lot of bad sayings to our guests. Unfortunately he really ruined our day. A celebration in the Tannenhaus would never be enough for us again and neither would any of our guests. It's really very sad that everything was going so well beforehand. We paid quite a bit of money for the day and then something like that. We didn't expect that.

We ate here, so I can't say anything about the rooms. I can confirm the praise for the facility. For me, the kitchen is too fancy and forgets the essentials. The top leaves of the lettuce had gotten dressing on them, but nothing underneath. My food just got a few splashes of jus, but I couldn't taste any of it. The portion was also rather small. In this respect, I didn't find the price-performance ratio appropriate.

A very nice hotel. The ambience and the friendliness of the staff were very good. The breakfast was also very lovingly and deliciously prepared.Only the Thermoplan fully automatic coffee machine should be reconsidered because of its slowness. (Franke)

We had dinner at this restaurant as a family. I am surprised by the many good reviews. We cannot understand this. The selection of dishes was very manageable. We would have liked more choice. My husband's schnitzel was 3 millimeters thick, the rest was breading. I've never seen anything like it. My potatoes with quark weren't tasty at all. Totally dry, no taste, far too little quark, hardly any seasoning, no herbs, I returned it almost full. When asked if it should be packed, I said no, saying it didn't taste good. Nobody was interested in that. Had to be paid in full. The Spirelli for the youngest were swimming in butter. That wasn't tasty either. We wouldn't come back again.

Last week we stayed at this hotel for a few days. For me it was a kind of return after 46 years. I was very excited about the newly built house. We quickly sensed that people here are tech-savvy. A lot of things are done on the tablet that can be found in the room. Our room was absolutely sufficient in terms of size. We had a room facing the forest. It was absolutely quiet at night. Everything is very well maintained, whether outside or inside. There were a few cosmetic items in the bathroom. The floor-to-ceiling shower is a good size. There are enough storage options. The large closet in the room can hold a lot of things. A few more hangers might be appropriate. We are very spoiled when it comes to mattresses and pillows. The mattress throughout was fine for 4 nights. When it came to pillows, we ordered a different type after the first night. This is possible here, which we think is excellent. The balcony was not taken into account during the daily room cleaning. Otherwise the cleaning was extensively done. We found the minibar to be a very good service. The initial equipment is free of charge. The breakfast was very good. However, some of the plates were very tightly packed so that we sometimes couldn't easily remove something. We were impressed by the coffee from the machine. He was delicious. It always depends on the setting of the machine. There is definitely no skimping on coffee here. On the other hand, setting the tables is very economical. There is no additional cutlery to access when no seats have been re-set. The fruit selection was very good. But unfortunately there were also pieces of dried fruit, even though we had breakfast quite early. A little highlight for us was the sauna. Very cozy, but equipped with high quality and mineral water is available free of charge. In addition, theoretically you don't have to have anything with you for the sauna. Shoes and bathrobes can be borrowed free of charge. Towels are available in the sauna. Parking spaces are also available free of charge and in sufficient numbers. What bothered us a bit was the room doors closing loudly. We can definitely recommend this hotel. We say thank you.
