I can't judge the hotel, but the restaurant has the best cuisine in all of Regensburg and excellent service. Here we still fillit, flambé and carve at the table.Since the boss doesn't attach much importance to advertising but rather to word of mouth, this will probably remain an insider tip. Unfortunately, there is a drawback here too. And the prices. You have to dig a little deeper into your pockets. However, I'm not deducting a star for it because for what you get, I think it's completely okay to pay a little more. Everything is always freshly prepared. Most of the products come from the region. So price/performance okay. Definitely worth a visit.
