-Oh well-The bikes could be put in the garage and the beds were okay.Disliked · When we arrived there was a note on the door saying that the landlady wasn't there and that we should contact her by phone. You received a code over the phone that you could enter at a key box to the right of the entrance to get the key. There was also a note on the door saying that card payments were not possible at the moment, you could do this in advance via Booking com. can communicate, we had to go to the bank again as cycling tourists. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the stairwell. In room number 6 the toilet seat should be changed because the paint is peeling off, not exactly hygienic and the water tap is operated the wrong way around (warm is cold and cold is warm). WiFi works quite poorly. Artificial turf on the balcony is very disgusting and dirty. The lamp in the seating area only hangs on the cable because the holder has broken off.Landlady without insight and the price-performance ratio is not right.

It's a shame to write a bad review but you have to describe the fact that you found.When we entered the guesthouse it smelled like cigarettes. When we arrived in the room it wasn't as clean as we had hoped. The rooms are totally noisy and you could hear the neighbors showering. Plus they look like they're from 2000. The worst thing was in the toilet, there was an already opened toilet roll with something brown on the side...Card payment somehow didn't work and then we were forced to drive to the nearest bank instead of simply making a transfer on site.

The Claudia guesthouse is an outdated guesthouse. There is a maintenance backlog, so tiles in my bathroom were chipped, there was no shower holder and the toilet brush was dirty. The furnishings probably date from the 2000s. The cleanliness was otherwise mediocre. The breakfast buffet was good. The price/performance ratio doesn't fit. On the homepage the price for a single room is 30€+5€ for breakfast. That's how I booked. Ultimately the room cost €39+€10 per night. The prices on the homepage are out of date. You can't treat customers like that! I definitely wouldn't go there again.

Simply and functionally furnished.Was one night on three weekends.It is conveniently short distance to rehab.Owner is friendly and nice. There is no heating in the breakfast room, just an electric plate a bit cool.I don't like shower curtains and on the last visit I had a different room although I had already mentioned getting the same room. The walls are thin and unfortunately I am not hard of hearing. The lamp from the bedside table and the ceiling light were broken.Still, it's okay.

Nice private guesthouse. It was convenient to get the room key when I arrived around 9 pm. Good breakfast. Yes, the guest house has seen better times, but I hope that it will be able to hold on in these crisis conditions and will be even better. Good luck to the nice hostess, and if Fate gives me the opportunity to travel again, I will visit you again :)

Bad Abbach -Gästehaus ClaudiaVery nice single room with box spring bed.The second time I got a double room for the same price.Rooms very well maintained and large balcony.Breakfast standard and good for a guesthouse. Room very attractiveThe house is friendly, the owners are very friendly and helpful.The guesthouse is very close to the Kaiser-Therme.I can only recommend the guesthouse!

The Claudia guesthouse has a quiet location on the outskirts (+) with good transport connections (+) - it is also not far to the city center (+). Parking in front of the house is possible (+).The single room is equipped beyond the general expectations with a small refrigerator (+), and there is also a television (+). The sink with a large mirror is integrated directly into the room - I liked it. A balcony invites you to linger in the fresh air - anything but obvious for the price (+).If you are happy with breakfast at the bakery around the corner, you will not miss breakfast at the Claudia guesthouse.The host is an "honest skin":Open to constructive criticism, stimulating conversations, people-oriented.Conclusion: A well-rounded product - price/performance ratio is right. I'd love to come back (29/m).

The Claudia guesthouse in Bad Abbach is a great house with great landlords!Price/performance is unbeatable!1 night 30 euros and 5 euros breakfast buffet, where else can you find something like that!The very clean room has a box spring bed, closet, TV and shower/toilet.My room also had a balcony with a view of the large garden with a terrace, which is definitely a good place to stay in the summer.A delicious breakfast buffet awaits you in the very beautiful breakfast room.There is: coffee, tea, orange juice, milk, rolls, bread, eggs, some types of sausage, cheese, jam and much more. for ONLY 5 euros!The hosts are very warm and are open to any questions.I had my German Shepherd with me for the days I was there and everything went very well, there really wasn't a single problem!I can recommend the guest house with a very clear conscience.It is also just a few minutes' walk from the Asklepios Rehab for orthopedics and rheumatism. The spa park is also in the immediate vicinity.The Neumaier family please keep it up, I give it two thumbs up. Will definitely come back!

House with 12 guest rooms. When we arrived, after a quick call to the rental office, we took the key out of the safe. The room facilities are simple, but ok. Given the current situation, a hygiene concept would have been desirable. There was no disinfectant in the breakfast room, nor were there disposable gloves for the buffet (every guest could touch rolls, forks, etc. with their bare hands) and no attention was paid to face masks. A positive thing to mention is that the breakfast was sufficient. Unfortunately only recommended for 1 night.
