We were guests over Pentecost and were allowed to stay overnight in one of the pretty holiday apartments. Everything very comfortable! Our hosts were very friendly. We liked it very much. Great starting point for hiking and of course the fantastic view of the valley, simply great. Thank you.

We had lunch at the Hotel Restaurant zum Hackelstein. Apart from the great location with a great view, you will find very friendly service staff. The food is really top class in terms of quality, taste and value for money. This restaurant is highly recommended. We will definitely visit again.

The house is not always up to date, but this is thanks to the friendliness and helpfulness of the ownerand the entire team, our clean room and good regional food made up for it. Price-performancefits. We were satisfied.

The hotel already has a great location and a great view, but it is a bit old and tired. There is also a lot of rubbish in front of the door in the entrance area. The terrace has been made winter-proof, but the green tarpaulin that doesn't fit at the back and front makes everything look unkempt and sloppy. The overall impression of the property could be much better with cleanliness and maintenance, but the operator would have to lend a hand. There were baskets of table linen lying around in the entrance, which also made the entrance area look unkempt. The dining room itself is from 1980, with the curtains as well as the tablecloths. But the more modern wall decorations can no longer have any effect. The whole house needs to be modernized and has nothing to do with the current state of gastronomy. Ambiance and style 1980I think nothing has happened in the last 30 years. It's a shame actually...I still give it 3 stars out of 5 for the top location with a great view and for the friendly staff. Food was also good so far. 👍

Unfortunately, there is no information on the homepage that only the snack menu is available as a choice of food on Sundays.Drinks are cheap, as is the cold menu.Views over the valley are excellent.
