We stayed at the Ibis Hotel for a vacation.I have to say that the extreme shortage of staff has a significant impact on service performance.Arriving at the hotel sweaty is of course not so nice if you can't get into your room after 30 minutes and take a shower.The staff were otherwise super friendly and tried to accommodate the guest despite the pressure.We still enjoyed the time!Have a nice stay to all future guests!

I left a day early. I was not reimbursed for the costs. I wasn't offered anything else, for example free parking or something similar.Particularly annoying because I had already asked for a quiet room when I booked and had asked in the morning by phone and when checking in whether the room was quiet. The staff is also aware of the problem and it is not something "subjective", as I was led to believe, because there are countless Google reviews on this topic. The problem was even known in the other hotel that I then moved to.

Friendly, helpful reception staff - as usually found in our many stays in Ibis Styles hotels. The room cleaning door hanger policy didn't function - but it was a busy weekend and when we mentioned it at reception we returned to a cleaned room.

Very nice hotel from the IBIS Styles group. The rooms are large, modernly furnished and clean.The bar is good and the breakfast is delicious. The staff is friendly and works very quickly.The parking lot in front of the hotel is large, and the train station is also very close and can be easily reached on foot.

I recently stayed at the Ibis Styles Konstanz and was completely satisfied with my stay. The rooms are modern and stylishly furnished, but still offer a cozy atmosphere. Stop about 3 minutes from the hotel.Sleeping on the sofa bed was not very comfortable, it squeaked unpleasantly with any movement and this disturbed sleep.

All in all okay: the most important thing is right: staff okay, rooms okay. Breakfast ok.Just outside of the city center; easy to reach when you arrive.Underground parking space costs an extra 10 euros per day. That's just about acceptable.
