Compared to other hotels, the single room was a little smaller than elsewhere, but big enough. No carpeting, which I really appreciate!! Comfortable bed and a clean bathroom with a very large shower cubicle!! At breakfast in the restaurant everything I needed was there, even if there is no buffet. The hostess was very friendly!! Great view of the Rußweiher and the Adventure mini golf course in front of the hotel, which was closed for the season. I'd love to come back to stay here again when I'm passing through!Extensive renovation work is currently underway in the house, which didn't bother me because the craftsmen don't start until around 7:30.

I was able to experience a class reunion with my classmates (45 years after school ended!) at this beautiful location, a hotel with a restaurant, right on the Rußweiher in the small, cozy town of Eschenbach i.d.Opf with great leisure opportunities. The food was excellent. Everything was freshly prepared and tasted of very good quality. The side salad alone was varied and lovingly prepared. In addition, the hotel and restaurant staff are very nice and accommodating. A thank you for that! I can always imagine a longer, varied (hiking, swimming, wellness, etc.) and relaxing vacation here. Conclusion: I can only recommend it. I didn't rate the rooms because I didn't stay overnight. But based on the general impression of the hotel, I can only imagine the quality to be good.

Quality and size of the food served was very good and tasty. Food was served quickly. Friendly service. Parking right in front of the door. Mini golf course right next door. Good location, currently still being modernized. We'd love to come back.

Only ate at the restaurant. Portions were a bit small but flavour was good. I think they need more wait staff as she would disappear for long periods from the outside seating. We had to hunt her down for the bill.

Great week spent here! Despite a stressful week on the part of the hotel (bereavement, ongoing renovation and big wedding), all questions were patiently answered (fridge, ironing board, hairdryer, etc.). Very dog friendly! You simply feel comfortable here. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, everything is cleaned and kept clean regularly. Great lake views, easy access to the forest. Mini golf course right next to the hotel and beautifully laid out. Restaurant - food and beer - very tasty. Happy to come back!

In itself a very nice hotel located directly on a beautiful lake. Super delicious food in the attached restaurant and a mini golf course right in front of it. Staff is very nice and accommodating. One star deducted for the lack of air conditioning and because there were unfortunately only two programs on the television.

We were on holiday in this hotel for 14 days. And we are still thrilled by the delicious food and the very nice service, especially the delicious breakfast with the very courteous service staff made every day better for us. We will definitely come back.

After playing mini golf, we went to the restaurant to have something sweet to eat. The ice was totally crystallized and we complained about it. We still had to pay for the ice cream! Once and never again....Update: it was a mango sorbet and a milk stracciatella ice cream, both of which were totally crystallized! The excuse that it belongs that way doesn't count...It's a shame that they are so unfriendly to customers.And I wasn't sitting topless at the table, it's a shame to say such a thing!

The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating with a great view over the Minigolf area toward the lake. Even with the renovations going on, the restaurant is clean, the service was fast and friendly and the food was fantastic. We have been here a few times before and every time it was great. Highly recommend
