These Nutzi refuse to refund my money after trying to cancel my booking. Run if you can! This is a response to the owner: you can't treat with lack of respect to any of your guests regardless the situation. I have asked you politely if was possible to change my dates, and your response was in the rudest manner possible shouting as a German you are to me over the phone that is not possible to change it on the same amount of money. You never replied to my request on booking either. It's unacceptable that you speak on that manner to anyone. Even the manager from Booking that called you said you spoke to her in a rude manner for no reason. I would suggest you do some customer service courses just to improve your manners. My opinion on you remain the same :old civil war survivor!

Every evening between 11 p.m. and 12:15 a.m. people smoke weed extensively in the inner courtyard of the old building. The smell permeates the rooms and it is not possible to ventilate before going to sleep. In my opinion, they are the owners or employees of the hotel. The hotel is not recommended because the mattresses are uncomfortably hard and all the furnishings are of cheap quality. The bathroom and toilet were not clean. Room cleaning must be booked every day, otherwise there will be no cleaning.

The noisy main house exudes the charm of the 80s. The beds are very hard, the pillows are quite thick, all the objects in the room seem cheap and not of high quality despite the renovation (all (defective) bathroom fittings, sinks, beds, ceiling lamps, lighting concept (more like white light color), roller shutters, plastic curtains, etc.). The toilet stinks extremely of urine and is very dirty, the bathroom smelled slightly musty, the shower is moldy, the two-room rooms are all in the old main house. The doors and walls are very noisy. The guest has to book the room cleaning daily at the reception, but the cleaning is still not thorough! Every button and every latch is stuck, including the remote control. The receptionists sometimes responded to criticism in a completely unprofessional manner and did not correct existing deficiencies! The forty-year-old elevator, which rumbles badly, needs to be replaced. The hotel appears to be only two stars and is undoubtedly of a different standard than the many four star hotel chains in the city. The hotel is covered with roofing felt and the window sills are made of sheet metal. I don't recommend this hotel.

I was in Regensburg for further training. When I arrived, the lady at reception didn't say hello, even though I said hello more clearly. (Maybe she didn't hear). Then she was friendly. But the first sentence was this statement: will you only stay one day? (looks at the computer) oh yes, you will stay 3 days. There is no daily housekeeping, if you need anything you have to tell us. Then she explained general conditions. The rooms were clean, but behind the curtain it wasn't clean.Breakfast is from 7 a.m. on weekdays and from 7:30 a.m. on weekends and public holidays. It was a problem because I had to be in training at 8 a.m. It's close. It would be better to start from 06:30 every day.Bed was worn out. Sinks sideways, not stable either. I couldn't sleep, I let them know after the second day and then they supposedly repaired it.Parking spaces are just behind the hotel. If you come earlier then you're lucky, otherwise you can park on the street. However, the place is quiet and there is enough parking space on the street.

I have never encountered such a racist situation. They refused to change the dates for my stay without given any reason in a very unprofessional manner. Avoid these racists!
