A nice hotel in itself, but the service is lacking. We waited forever for food. At reception we pointed out that there were bugs in the room, but all we got was a shrug of the shoulders and a stupid comment. Very professional!It would also be nice if the TV in the room didn't just turn on at night.

I was here for two days for a seminar. I think the hotel is absolutely TOP for this purpose, but for wellness, commuting between the main building and the other buildings would be too “unrelaxed” for me to really relax, especially in the colder times. However, you really have to have the great service praise, everyone is super friendly and both the dinner and the breakfast buffet were extremely tasty and the food during the seminar during the breaks left nothing to be desired, so I'm looking forward to two more days here in February.

Sweet hotel in the middle of Parsberg.The employees are very friendly, but I find the professionalism of some of the employees lacking. For example, simply ask the reception about how to get there and offer to take your luggage (we had to go into the old main building and climb several steps, it wasn't a problem, but at least offering support would be thoughtful).Room was clean but it was incredibly warm despite the chilly temperatures outside, the heaters were off but the floor was glowing.The spa is nice, but not particularly large and the indoor pool isn't particularly inviting and gives off therapy vibes.Breakfast is extraordinary, great selection! The dinner was delicious, but we wouldn't come here again for that alone.

I've never been to a hotel with such friendly staff and so many great little details. The food was great. Breakfast was terrific and the lunch “snack” was a whole buffet.The foam massage was also really good for us and was an experience.The train station is within walking distance. Be careful, it's a bit mountainous, but the hotel also offers a shuttle.Absolute recommendation.

It was my first time at the Romantikhotel Hirschen, it was a great wellness facility, a great aromatic massage. And very tasty dinner and breakfast buffet.I would love to come back.😀👍♥️♥️

As a regular guest with over 10 nights in the last three weeks, I am unfortunately disappointed with my most recent stay.Positive mention should be made of the pleasant experiences I have had during my previous stays.However, there were significant deficiencies in the service during the last visit:- Long waiting time (approx. 40 minutes) for a pre-booked dinner without service or information- Misunderstandings when choosing food- Unfriendly response to polite inquiries about who was responsible- Lack of willingness to clarify the situation on the part of managementI can understand the explanation for the service deficiencies (personnel problems), but I would have liked the situation to be handled more professionally.In addition, I didn't always feel safe in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.Due to this experience, I can unfortunately no longer fully recommend the hotel.

We have been staying at this hotel 3-4 times a year, half way on our road trip. Last time we have received a lovely welcome letter and as a surprise a connecting room, rather than an extra bed in a regular room. We are a family of three and our son loved having a room for his own. It was close to his birthday so we considered it as a wonderful pre-birthday attention. So grateful for this thought! I recently started booking directly with hotel rather than apps, I appreciate the human approach! Can only highly recommend it! We always stay in the Garten part in order to be close to the pool!

We were passing through from Austria and were spontaneously given a last room there. Due to the late arrival, we paid €180 for a maximum stay of 16 hours. We were able to use the spa area for another hour in the evening. Since no one was there, it was a good opportunity for us. The employee in charge even allowed us to use the area after 8 p.m. The spa itself made a good impression and we would have come back. The separation of the houses takes some getting used to. Reception, spa and modern accommodation on one side. Breakfast, restaurant and rooms in the old building across the street. Our real review begins in one of these rooms. Without knowing it, we were given a room in the old area, which was actually only equipped for one person. This was followed by a second blanket and an overnight stay in a 140x200 bed. It's been a long time since I've had such a small bed for two. But it should be romantic. Unfortunately, the room was so poorly insulated that the nice spa employee put a really old, dirty fan in the room (germ extractor!), which was of no use. The window was completely open overnight, but no fresh air came in. It got really pleasantly cool outside, especially after the warm days. Open the window: the room is extremely bright and yet so stuffy that we sweat even without a blanket. The bathroom was not clean and was the stuffiest. The shower head should be replaced. In the morning there was a smell of sausage coming from the ventilation downstairs. There was a “trouser press” or something similar next to the room door. A relic from times gone by. Since it wasn't declared as such and I turned on a switch, the board got hot. However, there was no off switch. We waited, nothing happened. There was no reception or telephone number. So at 11 p.m. I reluctantly went towards the kitchen. Employee 1 went to 2, who went to 3, the boss herself. Although she later told me that this problem with the devices had happened many times, she didn't react confidently. Considering it's a 4 star hotel, she wasn't professional enough in the sense that she acted confidently. Instead, statements like “it’s evening, what should she do now?” Even when I said that I knew even less what to do and couldn't judge whether this device could easily be left running at night, she didn't respond. An annoying back and forth followed. She researched how to turn it off. Noticed that the fuse box doesn't help and the device is connected directly to the wall. At some point she decided to get a pair of pliers and later a screwdriver and with my help cut this thing off. Then she said we should be careful not to come into contact with the open cables :D I thought I couldn't hear properly. 15 minutes later there was another knock on the door. She spoke to her husband again on the phone and he told her to close the open wires. Smart decision. If we had been electrocuted, there would be real problems for both parties. It was just annoying. Ending the evening romantically was not possible due to such annoying interruptions in this already short time segment. The breakfast and service staff were again top. But we really had the worst hotel night ever. The mattress was extremely hard. Even though I know that sleeping well is individual and relative. And we already have some cities and countries already. Too bad. It was a mixed blessing because the wellness and service staff were good. It could certainly be the case that the rooms in the new building put everything else into perspective. It is difficult to say whether we will treat ourselves to the hotel a second time after this experience. When I met the owner in the morning, I communicated the grievances as best I could, since I barely slept. No accommodation, financial, a gesture, nothing. Then she disappeared and it was all good for her.

In the comfort room and when booking through Secret Escapes you feel like a second or third choice guest.If you don't want these guests, you shouldn't advertise with Secret Escapes.If you receive constructive feedback upon departure, you will be told that the guest is the problem. Service quality mostly difficult.

Nice hotel with outstanding food - definitely book half board. Very nice new wellness area with infinity pool, sauna, outdoor whirlpool etc. We had a bathtub shower in the room, so only 3 stars for the room.

All in all a normal hotel. If you don't care about service then I would recommend the hotel. Service is important to us, for this reason we would not stay there again. I have to say that our standards are not particularly high. However, I have rarely experienced such poor service. When I arrived I wasn't told where I could put my heavy bag. I stood at reception for 20 minutes and always had her awkwardly on my shoulder, on the floor and on the counter. So just pay no attention here. I had a business appointment and needed the wifi. That didn't work, which is due to my company's security guidelines. The MA just replied harshly that it was definitely my fault and made no attempt to find a possible solution. The sound makes the music. Then we continued. I wanted a cappucino with oat milk. I was simply given cold oat milk. I then asked if they could be foamed. In response, I received rolled eyes and was told that the machine still needs to heat up. Here too: the manner. And it goes on. Children aged 17 and over are allowed in the sauna. We asked if it would be possible to go in with the child beforehand because nothing was going on and if the baby cried we would go out again. Here too we were almost shouted at that it wasn't allowed. Next point. In the room we put the mattresses on the floor so that the baby doesn't fall out. It's probably not allowed. Didn't know that. You can also point this out in the normal way. But not in this hotel. Again we were shouted at that this was not allowed and we would receive the bill. The service is really a disaster.

A great hotel. Particularly noteworthy are the great service, the excellent food (a 6 out of 5!) and the great wellness treatments (best massage I've ever had!). Everything is very well maintained, very clean and of the highest standard. The rooms are a bit small and the immediate surroundings are not that great. Parsberg itself is very pretty. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!
