The Gasthof Schloßbräu in Lintach was repeatedly visited for family celebrations over many years.We went there again for lunch in mid-May 2024 as they closed the à la carte restaurant at the end of May.The food was soooo delicious 😋An asparagus soupThe roast pork was tender, the sauce and dumplings were great.We were all very satisfied with the food. I actually wanted to take a portion of roast pork home with me, but there was nothing left 😂Hotel operations continue. According to the homepage, guest rooms are offered at reasonable prices in terms of price/performance.The tasting still takes place in the restaurant's kitchen, so recommended.The employees were quick and friendly.Lintach is located in an idyllic rural Upper Palatinate area, not far from Amberg or Hirschau with Monte Kaolino. The Schmie Alm in Freudenberg is also nearby.There is a children's playground opposite the hotel complex.Free parking spaces available at the house.Important: The restaurant can still be booked for small celebrations. Then the Rehaber family will advise you and cook for you with delicious food.Definitely a nice way to organize small celebrations here.

On March 10th, 2024 I had lunch with friends at the Rehaber in Lintach and ordered a steak with side dishes and salad. My friends all ordered different dishes. We all noticed that the price-performance ratio in terms of the portion on the plate is no longer there and the taste used to be a little better. Of course the restaurant was full again. The ladies in service are always very friendly, attentive and quick. It'll be a shame when the restaurant closes its restaurant operations at the end of May, but whether I'll be back by then...is questionable!

Very good food, nice staff, prices are reasonable. Unfortunately the restaurant will close on May 31, 2024. The boss Franz Rehaber has written 2 beautiful books "From the Schlossbräu Lintach 1871-1945" and "Time=Stories 1945-1948" in Lintach which give a good insight into life at that time. You can also purchase the books in the restaurant.

I stayed here for 4 nights but everything was perfect. Really quite, not far from Amberg where you can get everything. The lady who takes care of the guesthouse is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent.

A beautiful family-run country inn, we felt very comfortable with the Rehaber family. The rooms are super clean and comfortably furnished. The breakfast was perfect and special, thanks to the musical accompaniment by the senior manager. You can also eat very well at the Schloßbräu Lintach, the carp was very tasty. Thank you for a nice time.

A very nice, small, cozy inn in a small town, right on the main street, but with a beautiful view. We only had lunch, but you can also get a room there. We didn't need one. There is a very sophisticated, balanced food and drink menu, currently also with fish and asparagus. Very friendly, nice service and short waiting times. Even the very old senior partner has a little chat with the guests. Highly recommended in all areas.

Really good restaurant, friendly and fast service. There is a lot of variety on the menu, which vegans will also find what they are looking for.Interesting drinks with and without alcohol.There is a large parking lot behind the house.

We recently went there again for dinner with friends. As always, we were all very satisfied. Without exception, very tasty dishes at a reasonable price. The service ladies served us quickly, unobtrusively and very friendly. We would like to come again!
