This hotel call me to cancel my family room when I was with my wife and 2 children of 1year and 6 they call in the middle of the night 15-20 minutes before I was supposed to arrive! Also told me we gonna give you back your money for the room or get 2 rooms here I didn't want 2 rooms i just wanted my money back but I didn't get my money this is the worst hotel and I hope nobody gonna go there and experience same like us.

This is the most disgusting, filthy, filthy, crowded room I have ever experienced. Barrier at parking lot broken. You can go in but you can't get out. Or how do you have to manage yourself? No response to contact attempts. Sleeping at the train station would make more sense. Taking money at all is a disgrace. The high price borders on madness.After more than a month still no invoice received. Contact impossible. Apparently always on vacation.After several attempts, threats and insults were made on the phone and by text message.

Room has been booked. Confirmed. Passcode for hotel was not issued. No one could be reached at the phone number provided. No response to email. So €62 wasted. Thanks for nothing

I've never seen anything as bad as this “hotel” or whatever it is!The management/service is even worse than everything else…Better sleep under the bridge before booking this hotel, please!!!!

Disgusting.Rooms are noisy, floors haven't been cleaned for a while, shower dirty and soap and shampoo dispensers, no staff on site, as a woman you feel very unsafe. Bad location. Heating cannot be regulated properly. WiFi hardly works until the 1st floor. It's more of a ghost hotel. Beds old uncomfortable and dirty as well as curtains. Smoke detector was simply removed, bracket would still be there. Most TV programs don't work at all. Not recommended. The snack machine is empty, the kitchen is connected and despite the advertised breakfast you don't get any, but I don't know if I would even want to eat anything here

It's probably a popular place for people who like to vaccinate themselves at the train station. So, immediately(!) before we got the key to the room, we were shown pictures that recently showed blood-covered syringes etc. everywhere in the bathroom and in the beds have lain.Which gave us a bad feeling.The gentleman at the check in was generally very unfriendly and aggressive.We had two rooms, in one only boiling hot water came out of the shower, which made showering almost impossible, and in the other only ice cold water came out.Afterwards (after check-out) we were insulted by the owner in front of the hotel and in front of other passers-by about why there were water stains on the floor in the room.(These were probably the result of everyone having to use the same bathroom)However, this really shouldn't be a problem for a hotel, especially since one of the two showers is unusable.Our offer to look at the room together and if necessary to wipe away the stains was not taken into account and instead we were just insulted by the owner.All in all, not recommended at all!!

Rooms: 19We came in the door and we saw 1 room with 5 beds, 2 of which were twin beds. The furniture could be counted by hand. 1 closet, 1 table, 2 chairs and 5 beds and a lot of dirt. As we walked further we saw the bathroom. It consisted of a glass door that you could actually see through and a door handle that fell off when you moved it. The toilet faced the glass door so you could see everything... The tour of the hotel was via text message that we received. Staff were nowhere to be found. In general, the interior design was very dusty.We were also informed that although there was WiFi, it only worked on the ground floor. On the ground floor there was only the lobby and a few private rooms.The rooms are on the 1st floor.

Warning, unfortunately already paid when booking. The hotel tops my negative list.1.The rooms are shabby. Our rooms only had skylights and no windows.2. The parking barrier didn't work. You could get in, but you couldn't get out again easily.3. There was no breakfast in the hotel. There was no information about this in booking.4. If there are problems, hotel guests must help each other. E.g. borrow toilet paper.Hands off.
