We were warmly welcomed with sparkling wine and orange juice. Everything was explained in detail and a brochure was presented. The room (Panorama Residence) was very clean and lovingly decorated. The wellness area is nice, but unfortunately the water was a bit too fresh for me. Buffet was plentiful and a nice selection. You can tell that everything is well structured. We'll definitely be backVisit was October 2024

Perfect for a short wellness vacation, the rooms were clean and well-equipped. The buffet was good. There were enough excursion options and the wellness area was also good, although a bit winding.

Unfortunately I have to give a bad review. Hotel was nice, no question, but the food with the 5-course menu was very bad, staff friendly, only partially unable to answer in German. But I have never experienced that in any hotel before when you get your bill crossed out with the tip amount entered and a higher amount is entered. And they also tell you that you did it yourself...that's quite 😢 and a disgrace for a star hotel

Despite the many good reviews, the hotel wasn't what we were looking for.The hotel is very remote and the staff is very friendly. Many employees don't speak German very well. The hotel has probably been expanded and expanded several times and that is why the wellness area is very winding and if you are there for a few days you will need a certain amount of time to find everything. The wellness area is unkempt. Shower heads are missing, the systems only partially work, there are failed lamps in every sauna, the light in the swimming pool area is broken and keeps going on and off, there is mold above the whirlpool... There is probably no one here who keeps an eye on it and all these little things taken care of.It is probably marketed in magazines and it is noticeable that a lot of pensioners vacation here. The dining room is huge and the furnishings and atmosphere remain here many decades ago. The dinner/buffet is plentiful but nothing special at all. The buffet in particular is no longer replenished in many places. The buffet is open from 6-8.30 p.m. But the cheese board is almost empty after 7 p.m.... The same with fruit.Additional costs are high. A simple piece of thawing cake in the pool bar costs 4.50.Our room was fine. However, in the description there is a spacious bathroom - in which two people can't pass each other and a view from the balcony directly into the room opposite.

Very great hotel, food very good and staff very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the hotel is not really suitable for people with wheelchairs, walkers or crutches. There are at least 3 steps to climb everywhere to get to the wellness area and up a mega steep staircase to get to the rock pool. Nowadays people would be happy if there was a ramp for people with disabilities so that they could at least get to the spa area. Room 610 is a little barrier-free but unfortunately has no balcony and is at the last corner with a view to the rear. Personally, I think it's a shame when you're labeled like that as a disabled person. Unfortunately, there is only one disabled parking space and it was already occupied by a car without a blue disabled parking permit. Unfortunately, as a wheelchair user with ID, I had to park at the top of all the parking spaces, which was also an absolute no-go. Sad but true. Hopefully something will change at some point, then we would like to come back.

Was given a very friendly welcome, room comfortable and spacious. The light in the toilet kept going out and wasn't turned on throughout the entire stay even after reporting it to reception. At the weekend the service staff was a bit overwhelmed by many new guests. The wellness area in the basement seems a bit lost and gloomy, the treatments are very pleasant. All in all, I can imagine another stay.
