Beautiful room, on the edge of the pedestrian zone. Gladly again

The hotel is right on the street and next to a bus stop, which is why it is quite loud in the room. The old town can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The stairwell could be cleaner. The carpet and seating area in the room weren't really clean either (crumbs and lint). The furnishings in the room are jumbled together. There is a capsule machine in the room, but it was not emptied. Breakfast is not offered in the hotel, but is referred to the in-house café, which was closed on one day for us. I can't say anything about the service because we didn't meet anyone in person.Conclusion: Small hotel in the immediate vicinity of the old town but with room for improvement. Price/performance doesn't quite match.

We booked this hotel for our visit. It was very nice, the family was thrilled 🤩 There is a parking garage nearby, everything is within walking distance in the city.

The girl at the reception who seemed very nice on the phone when we first contacted her should change her job and be banned from working in contact with people. He had no apology or understanding for our complaints. In fact, she managed to fool us. Lint, hair all over the room, dust and stains on the floor. The bedding was stained and it was 28 degrees in the room in August. As soon as we arrived the hotel was closed, no one greeted us, no one told us who to contact in case of need. There was nothing in the room, not even a piece of paper with information on it. €145 for something like that. The most frustrating thing was that we were mistreated by an arrogant and rude girl after we complained. Never again in life!Even half a star would be too much for this hotel

Beautiful hotel in the historic center of Regensburg. Spacious, clean rooms, with very particular furnishings, comfortable climate. If you don't have a green badge, you can find free parking 5 minutes away, outside the historic center, on the other side of the Danube. Excellent.

A wonderful little hotel in a prime location. It's not far to the Danube and the cathedral. We received a friendly welcome and the rooms were a dream.

Dear employees of the Little 7 Boutique Hotel in Regensburg,With great anticipation for the weekend in Regensburg, my wife and I checked into their hotel on Saturday, May 20th, 2023. Unfortunately, some things did not turn out to our satisfaction, which we very much regret.The beautiful suite that we had booked seemed very promising at first glance. However, we have to criticize the cleanliness of the suite at this point. The floor was dirty (lots of dust, crumbs etc), the curtains/blinds were dirty and the armchair had some stains. In addition, the bed was very uncomfortable (mattresses were clearly too hard). In addition, the stairwell, i.e. the path to our room, was very dirty (vacuuming?!) and it smelled unpleasant.The highlight for us came on the day of check out (05/21/23).We found out in the morning from other hotel guests that the city center would be closed the whole morning because of a marathon. This information was not given to us by the employee at check-in the day before, nor were there any posters about it in the city center. When we asked the café employee (behind the counter) about it, we were treated very unfriendly and annoyed. I quote: This is not our event." We are aware that this is not a hotel event, but a hospitable and customer-oriented way of working looks different for us.We wanted to take the drinks we had already ordered with the originally planned breakfast and get to our car as quickly as possible. The employee told us that this would only be possible after a certain time and preferred to devote herself to other customers (tipping the coffee from the cup into the mug does not require any special gastronomic skills!). Last but not least, we only got one coffee, but had to pay for both (when we asked to cancel the second coffee because it hadn't been prepared yet, we were told that that wasn't possible and we had to pay for it).We are sad about the inconvenience caused and the unfriendliness of the employee.We hope that you will reconsider the points mentioned in your hotel in the future and wish you much success. Still a stylish, modern hotel. The location is simply great! A small disappointment was that no breakfast could be served on the travel days.

Nice little hotel, we liked it. Late check-in worked well. Staff very friendly. Good location, you can do everything on foot. The breakfast in the cafe was also very good.
