I went there for dinner today with my family (25 people).Drink orders were taken immediately and served straight away. We didn't have to "wait" for our ordered food. It was really tasty and the portions were above average.The waiter was also attentive and quick. None of us had an empty glass for a long time.I particularly appreciate the waiter's humor.Price/performance more than satisfactoryWe'd love to come back. THANKS

Dried out, hard schnitzel. Mine. I didn't get any salad at all. Waiting time for food was almost 2 hours, even though we were registered guests. Then I'd rather go back to other tried and tested and professional hosts in town! Cheers to st…..

After I gave 5 stars 6 years ago and was actually always very satisfied until 2023, I unfortunately have to leave my review after about 5!!! Visits in a row where I had to be annoyed as a guest change.The service is now far from good. Eating often takes forever. The first one ate, the last one still nothing. Drinks if they're empty, so what... If you dare to complain about something, the bosses don't really care and are succinctly dismissed with a comment without apology. If you want to reserve a table by phone, you will be rudely turned away (the boss) and simply hung up on you.Here the guest is not king, but can be happy to come.There is one star for the mostly really good food, the other for the beautiful restaurant.

Very unfriendly host, fish platter including shrimp was offered but none were available. We ordered these missing shrimps but they were charged four times. Unfortunately we checked the bill when we were already home! A bottomless impudence. Absolutely not recommended for foreign or foreign guests. We were in this restaurant twice and it was the last time.

We were just there for dinner with our two children. In total we ordered 4 dishes. The first dish (children's meal and side salad) was brought after a reasonable time.10 minutes later the second dish was brought.After that nothing happened at our table for a long time. Although our drinks had been empty for a long time and the waitress kept walking past our table, we were not offered anything.After waiting some more time, we called the cellar to our table to at least get something to drink in the heat. He was constantly very unfriendly and reacted angrily to every order. Please and thank you are probably foreign words here.Meanwhile, 30 minutes had passed since the first dish was brought. Instead of finally bringing the missing two dishes, the food was served to the neighboring tables, who came over half an hour after us (and even later!).When we finally asked whether we could still expect the missing dishes, we were told that the food would arrive shortly.Other guests (guests who came after us continued to be served their food. These were elaborate grill plates etc.).Finally the remaining dishes came to our table. The fries were hot and seemingly fresh from the fryer. The burger bun was completely black on the edge and the bottom of the bun was also charred.We received no apology for this behavior.When we mentioned this when paying, we were succinctly dismissed: "Yes, my. That just happens!"No apology, no attempt to make amends, nothing.It goes without saying that we will definitely never see this restaurant again.!!! OF COURSE WE CAN CLEARLY PROVE OUR STATEMENTS USING PHOTOS WITH TIME STAMPS.!!This does not appear to be an isolated case either.

Very unfriendly service(Owner). Inattentive staff, no one feels responsible for the guests' satisfaction. Other guests had similar experiences at the same time and expressed their displeasure.Half of the dishes were forgotten and only served when asked after an eternity of waiting.Apparently this is standard practice at this restaurant, which was made all too clear by the response to our complaint. Excuse me? None!

If I could I would give 10 stars!!Celebrated my birthday with 23 people and I have to say everything was perfectly organized...great table decorations, great service team...great kitchen team...no long waiting times for drinks or food...so I can I can only recommend celebrating there!! I can't rate the rooms, we didn't need them...
