I was only here to eat and therefore can't rate the rooms. The food was very tasty, the service was friendly and the prices were reasonable. Therefore a clear recommendation!

So if you don't eat cheese fondue, it's your own fault. We won't forget this Monday evening. It's been a week and we're still talking about it. We actually wanted to go again but unfortunately it was closed in the following days. Great service, great food and very good Calculated based on the portion size. €60 for two with 0.75 liters of water and 0.5 liters of wine were just great. You're also welcome to give a 17% tip. Please keep it up. Thank you very much. PS: Less pickled vegetables and instead 4-6 small triplets (for 2 people) and a bit of french meat or cooked ham and we would still have a good €15 per person. placed on it.

Short distances and well located. Super nice staff. The food was so good that we reserved a table for the next day. Absolute recommendation and a must if you visit Oberhof.

Pleasant surprise, my visit to Luisensitz for dinner. Very friendly service, I was allowed to try a wine from Switzerland that I didn't know beforehand...which I of course ordered afterwards because it was excellent. The small cheese plate was great, lovingly prepared and the prices on the menu were moderate compared to the prices of some other restaurants. Freshly prepared, served with a smile and I know where I'll stop next time I'm in Oberhof, maybe I'll even spend the night in a guesthouse. Thank you very much for the lovely evening and please keep it up!

Today we were at the Luisensitz restaurant in Oberhof with 4 adults and 2 small children.Super nice service, child-friendly, attentive and very friendly.The food was also excellent, very tasty and plentiful, and the price was absolutely okay. We weren't here for the last time.LG, the family with the complicated family structure 😁

A very cozy, almost romantic restaurant with a culinary menu. I can particularly recommend the Röstis, they are really world class. The child-friendliness also rounded off our evening. We would be happy to come back on our next Oberhof visit.

Nice little place. Calm, cozy and quiet. Rustic taproom. We had actually decided against the restaurant in advance. Swiss cuisine in Thuringia, but we had no choice due to lack of space elsewhere. We were pleasantly surprised. Delicious food, good mix of Swiss and Thuringian cuisine. Price/performance was great.

Very rustic restaurant with Swiss and Thuringian cuisine... The venison goulash and the pork loin steak were very tasty, the fried blood sausage made it a very unusual creation... The children's meals were also well portioned and were freshly prepared... Nice service. ..

We were visiting the restaurant. The food was delicious - the venison goulash was tender and the rösti was wonderful! I don't know what I should choose next time. The apple strudel with vanilla ice cream made for a perfect ending. The portions were just right - not too much, not too little, just perfect. In this quaint restaurant we not only found great food, but also a warm atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home. We will be back definitely. Thank you very much, dear Fox family!

Quaint little restaurant with an open fireplace.Colorful and interesting menu.Particularly delicious: the handmade Rösti!Service was a bit "pushy", plates were pushed onto the table without there being any space. I would have liked a little more patience.The open fireplace created a great atmosphere, but also gave off a corresponding smell.All in all a nice evening.

What a charming restaurant!Once you've had enough of the decorations and pictures of Switzerland, looking at the map promises the next highlights.Everything sounds delicious. What should you take? Best of all, something... with the small trilogies you get the best from both the region and Switzerland. Wonderful ❤️The landlady is charming and gives very good advice on wine.Keep it up! We'd love to come back.

We ate at the Luisensitz restaurant twice during our vacation. It is an excellent local restaurant that is run by the family. Reservations are highly recommended.The food was very tasty. There are both local and Swiss specialties.The hostess is very friendly and attentive. Here you can feel comfortable. What particularly stands out is that the focus here is on quality and not on mass production. There aren't many tables. But one person cannot operate more than that. The concept works from our point of view.
