A very pleasant hotel. You can definitely book for one or two days. The rooms are small and simply furnished, with an old-fashioned bunk bed. Great mattress, slept very well.The bathroom is getting a bit old. Surface clean. If you take a closer look, you will see water and limescale stains that could theoretically be removed.Service is 1A*.Breakfast is absolutely ok for 10 with a great view.Location, perfect.Would come again.

This is a nice comfortable hotel on the river, Danube. It is in the same building as the glass museum. The decor and furniture are old style. They have different categories of rooms. Depending on size. We har the smallest and it was really good. It was possible to park my motorcycle outside. It is street parking. Stayed here twice.

Great hotel between the Danube old town. It is a charming old house with historical furnishings. The price-performance ratio is great. We had booked a small double room. Everything you need is in there. The breakfast is good with a nice view. The employees are very friendly. There are many great, partly exotic restaurants, bars and cafés in the immediate vicinity.

Great hotel with spacious rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Super helpful staff at reception. Excellent location for walking or getting just about anywhere in central Passau. Good bike storage inside.Some reviewers complain about the “older” building, which I don’t understand. Every building in this part of a Passau is old! It’s historic and I found the Wilder Mann to be charming, not a cookie-cutter hotel experience. Highly recommend.

Was in this hotel last weekend and was very satisfied. The rooms are not very large, but that is due to the old building structure, which has been wonderfully renovated. The glass museum, which is said to be the largest in Europe, is simply fantastic; you can hardly manage to see all the exhibits (there are said to be around 30,000 pieces). The hotel is located very close to the Danube and in the city center. A really nice place to live!

Only the glass museum was visited. You should take a lot of time for the infinitely large exhibition over several floors. The exhibits are unique.
