In the second week of October I stayed in a 4-person apartment in this apartment complex.A very neat and beautiful apartment with a fantastic view. The apartment was very well equipped and fully equipped.You can start beautiful walks directly from the apartment. If you come for skiing in winter, the slopes are not far away.The real center of Winterberg is about 1 km away.I would like to come back here on my next walking holiday in Winterberg.

Top modern apartment and super equipped. Everything was very clean and therefore also suitable for allergy sufferers. Even if you are traveling with a baby, everything from a high chair to a changing mat is available. Parking right in front of the door and a 3-minute walk to the bike park. So everything was great and again at any time ❤️👌

Roompot states on the website that it has a sauna! Booked with Roompot. Upon arrival, the word free is crossed out in the brochure and the sauna is 4 euros for 90 minutes.When contacting Roompot, they first refer you to the (German) service number three times, while our agreement is with Roompot NL. After that, each time there is a different employee (DH, YE, SS, MR) who cannot read well and do not answer the questions. Unfortunately, VERY bad service from Roompot. And above all, don't want to admit that they might not fit properly. Did not receive what was stated in the condition.It was also reported that the microwave in house 9 stinks. I also have to call a service number for that. Apparently no one at Roompot can call another Roompot employee or the service number.

Great stay! A short distance from the Erkennisberg Kappe. Overlooking the bobsleigh track, the viewing bridge and the downhill trails. Accommodation is neat and clean, in the apartment for 6+2 people, 1 small bedroom is filled with 2 bunk beds, I would not like to sleep here with 4 people. The apartment is large enough for 6 people.1 small downside is the noise, noise from the corridor and other floors is quite noticeable, but this did not really bother us.All in all we had a lovely holiday, with super nice weather, so we enjoyed sitting on the balcony.

The apartment is beautifully and modernly furnished. Sufficient for 4 people, but it will be tight for 6.The view from the living room into the distance is great.We feel comfortable so far. And there is also a sauna.It's a shame that we expected more from the “garden”. From the pictures on the internet it looked like a slope that was freely accessible from the house. That's why we chose the garden as an additional extra. What you didn't see was that it was planted and a wooden fence was also put up. Roompot's service is very good. I felt very well informed at all times, from booking through to the holiday.

Fantastic accommodation. We were guests for a week in apartment Yavia through a last-minute booking the previous day and had a great time.We are a family of 5 and it is a spacious apartment, with 10 people I think we can manage a bit.The view over the valley is beautiful and the internet connection is quite good but a bit dependent on the weather because it is a Vodafone wireless broadband connection.
