Went on vacation for 5 days. 1 4 people had a house. It was clean. Room upstairs was much too small. Bathroom is new. Bathtub .Toilet is unfortunately downstairs. There needs to be a mirror in there. Kitchen: there is none! Oven. So pizza, for example, is not possible, nor is making rolls. And no hairdryer on site. You can do it sometimes too.We advise against eating downstairs!!! Very expensive and you leave hungry. 1 small schnitzel with 1 kilo of carrots which nobody wants and it doesn't taste good. 20 euros approx. Better eat outside. Greek Athens e.g.Swimming pool is ok. Could be bigger. The landal shop is ok.The high mountains to the house are sometimes a challenge :)But the view of the jumps is just great. Definitely even better in winter with snowWe found everything ok. We missed a dog meadow

Nice park with great views. The house was very beautiful. For 16 people.Only the path to the house was very steep and gravel. You had to be careful not to slip. And of course carry everything to the house, unfortunately you couldn't drive to the door to unload.

Great park, but you must be able-bodied. I think the access road to the park is bad. Only found with their own app. Our house was fine, its own small sauna and whirlpool, good bed. Staff at reception and in the brasserie are very friendly. The food was decent.

Were there for a long weekend with 4 of us and a dog.We felt comfortable in the house.The park itself can be explored quickly after just a few hours and you can quickly find your way around.If there were any problems, the park service was very quick and everything went smoothly.There was everything in the house that invited you to linger comfortably in the evening.

Landal Winterberg is an ideal holiday destination for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. The park is located near forests, where you can take beautiful walks all year round. No busy roads nearby, which creates a relaxed atmosphere. In winter you can also ski there, provided there is enough snow. The ski slopes are mainly suitable for beginners and are located a very short distance from the park.The houses in the park are modern and fully equipped. The detached houses in particular often offer privacy, allowing you to fully enjoy the peace and nature around you. This makes your stay extra comfortable, especially if you are looking for a quiet place.Another advantage is that the reception staff speak Dutch, which makes communication very easy for Dutch guests. Although the town of Winterberg itself is not very special, there are plenty of supermarkets and shops for all the necessary groceries. Including Lidl.All in all, Landal Winterberg is a perfect location for a relaxing holiday in nature, with excellent facilities and plenty to do in both summer and winter.

Location perfect, house a bit old and rickety, could use a makeover.The service in the restaurant was bad, the Zero Coke tasted like cleaning product and when you say something about it, the first response is: yes it is Zero, yes I know that too.But it turns out that the settings of the device are not correct, that is why it tastes so different when Sprite and Fanta try the same thing.They dare to charge 3.80 for this. No excuses or compensation whatsoever.If something doesn't work, fix it or don't sell it and arrange bottles or something.

In a sentence: a very big disappointment due to the lack of any atmosphere in the house and the poor condition of the house. Check the beds of house no. 96. We went home after 1 night because our whole body hurt. The double bed has sagged so much that you almost roll out of bed. Although the single beds are slightly better, they are a guarantee for my entire body, which I still feel after 2 days. The skirting boards in the kitchen are coming down. And I could go on like this for a while. It was also clean, not someone else's hair on the floor is the last thing you want. And 3.39 euros for 1 bag of chips in the park shop is ridiculous! In short, never again Landal for us. Even if you are in a simple house, make sure the beds etc. are good, you simply cannot and should not rent out an accommodation in this condition! Landal what do you stand for? Are you a foolproof park or do you wish everyone a pleasant holiday? Oh yes, and what I almost forgot is the temperature in the house, you can't get it warmer than 17 degrees, a nice holiday when you're sitting around.

It is a beautiful park in a beautiful setting, that's for sure! We had a luxury 6-person house (no. 9) with a balcony. Can't fault the house. Everything very neat, clean and very spacious. The Finnish sauna is a gem and you can also use the bath with jet stream. I think the 2 floors (below the children's rooms) are great with children.The area is really beautiful for walking and mountain biking.Still 1 star less:1. The houses are very beautiful, but the disadvantage is that they are car-free. I'm really in favor of car-free, but you really can't get there by car, even if only for luggage. In our case, a significant distance had to be covered on steep gravel paths that were a challenge when it rained here and there. At the very least, Landal can provide some sort of luggage carts, like Huttopia does.2. The Takeaway. It seems great because you can order via the app. We did that twice. It is indicated that contact will be made. This was not the case in either case. The first time we walked down within the time slot. It turned out that it had been ready for half an hour and was no longer really warm.The 2nd time we ordered and immediately went downstairs. Even though you report to the employee and wait in his field of vision for 20 minutes, you have to ask for it again and again it turns out to be ready behind you.

A wonderfully beautiful holiday park from Landal in a breathtaking environment of pure greenery and mountains. There is plenty to do all year round. Stayed in a 4L house with family. Fully equipped, including sauna and fireplace. Enjoyed the long weekend. Greenkey system is a world invention. Good job Landal 👍

Top park just outside Winterberg. We were here for 1.5 weeks and enjoyed it very much. Location is beautiful and Winterberg is within walking distance. The park is located on the slope of a mountain, and therefore you can expect steep roads.There are several sights and activities surrounding the park. There are toboggan runs and mountain bike trails within walking distance.The park has a park shop, a restaurant, a swimming pool (quite small) and several sports and games areas. All of good quality.The house we had was quite spacious and beautifully located. Rooms spacious. If you put things in your own bags and crates, you can easily store all your belongings. Some damage here and there in the house, but it doesn't really bother you. What does bother you is the WiFi, which was downright bad.With the Sauerland card that you get with it, you can even travel for free on public transport and get a discount on various things in the area. In short, nothing to complain about here, it's just a very good park.
