It takes about 45 minutes to get to the beach. It's okay if you come with a dog anyway. I think the options on a textile beach, natural beach or nudist beach are great. The area is well maintained and there are supervisors driving around who remind you in a somewhat unfriendly manner to keep to order (we only observed, but I wouldn't have any more patience with tons of campers). The showers and toilets were clean and enough that you don't have to wait. There are also beach showers and dog showers separately. Big plus. Unfortunately there are stairs in front of the entrances to the sanitary facilities. I don't know if there is wheelchair access. Because of my arachnophobia, going to the toilet was a test of courage every time, as the entrances were infested with huge spiders (approx. 20 3cm tall garden spiders that catch snarks in front of your eyes, almost like on the discovery channel. If they hadn't been directly over my head, it would have been I don't care either.I think it's good that you leave the swallows' nests on!The bistro is fine, we only had fries, which were ok.A huge disadvantage is the constant exposure to music. It's really like a pensioners festival. Country music starts at 11 a.m. and plays at full volume until 10 p.m. Even after a two-hour hike you could still hear the music loudly. You hear every announcement and there are a lot of covers sung, which makes the whole thing even more unbearable. After 10 p.m. there is a 5 minute break and then it continues a little quieter, but still clearly audible. I think this is well received by the old people and you want to attract them with the loud music. This is still bearable for 1 day trip, we were there from Friday evening to Sunday and left early because of the music. There's a 3/4 beat running ALL THE WAY, so you really get a country psychosis. In general, you can hear a lot of people shouting into the microphone in the area, as there are also sports tournaments taking place on the beach. In addition, there are an awful lot of mosquitoes. I am completely serious: after one evening I had at least 20 mosquito bites on my ass on just one butt cheek and many mosquito bites also became infected. I think it's because of the ditch where the mosquitoes breed. Even my dog was stung and I never noticed that in the 7 years of his life. He kept having at least 10 mosquitoes between his eyes at the same time. Auktan or scented candles, smoke or long clothing do absolutely nothing. All in all, I can say that if you, as a dog owner, want to go on a relaxing short vacation and have nerves of steel because of music and mosquitoes, this is the right place for nice walks and tolerant fellow campers. If you want to relax, this is absolutely the wrong place, as there is no peace and quiet to be found on the beach either. From an organizational point of view, however, everything went perfectly; you book and can easily drive to the campsite.I would probably come over for a single night, but certainly not more. However, it is recommended for pensioners and +50 people, as you can certainly make good friends there.I would actually advise against it for anyone under 30 unless you like country.
