The apartment was dark, dirty, moldy, unkempt. Electrical appliances dirty and calcified, smell from the drain in the kitchen, cold heating at times, dirty windows, the garden unkempt, broken chairs. I would not recommend this holiday apartment or apartment to anyone, it is far too expensive. I've stayed in holiday apartments many times, but this was the worst. I won't come here anymore. Not worth a star!

There was a very strong musty smell in the apartment. Flour beetles and woodlice visited more often.

Unfortunately it's getting old inside and out, see pictures Weln probably hasn't been going for a long time. Photos attached cleanliness depends on the previous tenant. The good thing is the location, 6 minutes to the beaches by car. Security is poor because the emergency exit on the front door is locked 24/7 There should be another lock (knauf outside) that would solve the problem

When the keys were handed over, the house made a somewhat dark, but still quite cozy first impression. This disappeared quite quickly after we took a closer look. The structural defects (inside and outside) can no longer be justified by the low price, even with a lot of good will. Outdated furnishings would be acceptable, but broken tiles, cracks in the walls, dirty corners, and a moldy shower are not! We sent over 50 (!) pictures to the owner. The furniture is okay for this price. The couch is rock hard and uncomfortable, the bed looks like a hammock, but that's partly a matter of taste. A few nice home accessories that would provide a bit of coziness are completely missing. The outdoor area is actually unusable at all, no lawn mowed, mossy and dirty garden furniture, leaves everywhere! A garden can also look more attractive in the autumn! Garbage cans, which were made available for collection on time by the property management, were no longer collected from the street until departure. The completely demolished mailbox, in which the keys were supposed to be dropped when leaving, was suddenly open, with all the keys of the entire house in it. Including the spare key to our apartment, including the safe key! Any outsider could have freely helped themselves! Unbelievable conditions! After getting to know the property management team, we refrained from making any complaints on site. We made the best of it for ourselves and afterwards confronted the owner, who also owns several properties there and lives in southern Germany, with the pictures. The fact that the properties serve purely as a money-making machine and that the well-being of the guests is of secondary importance is evident from the fact that we were offered a full €50.00 in compensation to avoid a bad review.

The attic was relatively new, but only superficially clean, some equipment in the kitchen was missing, and there weren't enough options to hang up towels. What's not possible: the escape route leads through a narrow hallway with a high fire load, the only exit door of which, according to the signs, should always be locked. That is forbidden!!! However, a corresponding notice was removed and the landlord blocked guest complaints. The only contact possible is via caretaker service, who are not responsible for this.

We were there at the end of August, in the Fewo Okko. Contact with the landlord via email was very friendly and uncomplicated. Unfortunately, the landlord doesn't live on site and probably hasn't seen his property for a few years. The cleanliness of the previously lovingly furnished apartment left a lot to be desired. There were signs of previous tenants everywhere, including their animal family members. I contacted the landlord via WhatsApp and advised him to get another cleaning company. Unfortunately there was no response.

Great apartment and very nice rental. The only small drawback is the close location on the road where cars race past at 80kmh. You hardly hear anything about it in the apartment.

First of all, the house is called Zum Alten Krug. The breakfast is very good and requests are taken into account if possible. The rooms are tastefully furnished. Everything is easy to reach from the location by car.

The apartment was clean at first glance. Unfortunately there were dirty dishes in the cupboard and hair on the oven from previous guests.Bed broken and patched with cable ties, on one side you feel like you're sleeping in a hole. The door to one room falls out of its holder in the frame when opened. Window rubbers moldy, spiders everywhere. The so-called “escape door” MUST always be locked. Right on a busy 80km/h road. No fence around the garden for the dogs. No dirt roads to walk the dog. There are not enough parking spaces. Electrical appliances are getting old.
