We had a 6-person house, thank God there were only three of us, because with 6 people it gets really tight on 45 gm!🤣It was OK for us. The storage space in the bathroom could be more, it would be better if there was a blackout in the room Front door would be! Otherwise everything was very clean and nicely furnished! Winterberg and its surroundings have a lot to offer and not just in winter! So we'll definitely come back!👍

We had booked a house for 6 people with 2 children. The houses are well equipped (sauna) and have everything you need. The location is very good, you can quickly walk to Kapenberg and Winterberg. One point is deducted for cleanliness and the heating situation. One room sets the temperature and then the whole house is heated, which is not exactly sustainable. Since you have to leave the house clean, the 155 euro cleaning fee is too high. In addition, the path is very uneven and not suitable for people with disabilities.

Very nice house, centrally located, sauna, top interior design. Could have been a little cleaner, otherwise we were very satisfied. Coming back is definitely planned.

Actually a beautiful park with great houses.BUTThe deposit is a procedure that surpasses everything.1. You have to pay for it 4 weeks before arrival, which is absolutely cheeky and I've never experienced that before and makes absolutely no sense.2. after departure the refund takes 2-4 weeks??!!! Seriously?!That means the park takes money from guests for 2 months without interest, absolute disgrace!!!And give the park a loan of €600 over two months?Consider booking here. Absolutely bold!Furthermore, you don't get any information about which house is yours, what the WiFi code is, etc. This important information was not communicated via Airbnb or Meinuplandparcs, nor by email.Only 2 payment reminders for the deposit arrived because they were only 3.5Paid weeks before arrival and not 4 as requested.This park is beyond wordsFurthermore, the bread roll service only worked once from 2 times, if you offer something like that it should work and you don't get told there are no rolls on Sundays, you have to go to the village and buy some yourself. Thanks for nothing!At least the money for the rolls was refunded after 2 days and not after 4 weeks.D

A functional, beautiful, clean 6-person house number 17. Unfortunately, the path to the house is in poor condition, making it difficult to push a stroller. When cleaning the house, the staff should also check the dishwasher (salt and rinse aid). Otherwise we can recommend the house.

We had booked the 4 person house in Winterberg. Unfortunately this is NOT suitable for summer time. We had temperatures of 26-31 degrees in the apartment. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning and ventilation didn't help.Otherwise the facility is very clean and tidy. The house is also really nice and clean.

Great, very clean and modern holiday home (8 people) in a quiet peripheral location. Perfect for visits to the 3 nearby bike parks. Lockable outdoor garage for 3-4 bikes available. Reception not manned on a Saturday of arrival (holiday season) - no help could be given by phone.
