We were there with 2 adults and a dog. Very nice and clean holiday home. Very good location. Contact when booking and on site worked very well. We'll definitely come back.

Great large apartment with 2 bedrooms. Very well furnished. Owner very nice. Small area with barbecue facilities outside. Any time.

Fast and friendly online contact.Good facilities, good beds. Even 2 additional, announced guests at no extra charge including bed linen and towels. However, higher garden benches and counter stools are more for younger and middle-aged guests.

Great holiday home in Hooksiel, have been there several times. Good facilities, great terrace with garden. Reasonable price-performance ratio, there is nothing to complain about. Our dogs were also welcome. We'd love to come back.

Vacation from August 26th to September 2nd, 2023The holiday home is visually modernly furnished. But a few changes could be made now. The leather sofa is very deep and the bench and table outside are very hard despite the cushions and a bit too high for people under 170cm, not very comfortable. There are no chairs either or a lounger is a shame. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was also broken and nothing was changed during the week. Since I made a mistake, there was no toilet downstairs, which is not so good for older people and people who have difficulty walking or climbing stairs. But that was my mistake. My conclusion is okay for young people and people who are young at heart. Older ones, not so much.Likes H.H. Herten

We were there in October last year and I have to say everything was super real, the contact was true and without any problems everything went smoothly and we will definitely be back, hopefully this year in June summer

Unfortunately, my query wasn't answered, so I can't give a better rating for now.However, as I can see, customer requests are often ignored. I am very shocked by the response from the owner.... Pride comes before a fall....It's a shame these days!This is not how you respond to what is probably an internal communication problem in your own company... it's a deterrent.

Here too, I unfortunately have to say that contact can be made via the mobile phone number provided, which is a business account via WhatsApp.Unfortunately, this contact was also unsuccessful.It's a shame that they are so dismissive of the open criticism by making an assertion that is not true.Attached you will also find your standard answer about receiving my booking request. Very nicely furnished house in a very good location.Bakery within 5 minutes walk, good starting point for great bike tours. The beach chair that belongs to the house is on the textile beach. You can get there by bike in about 20 minutes. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the promenade / old harbor of Hooksiel. The landlord / manager are very friendly. We can recommend the house 100%.

Very nice house, well furnished, very nice landlord, the only points of criticism are that the indication of 400m to the beach is unfortunately as the crow flies, in reality you unfortunately have to walk a good 2km and then you are only at the nudist beach, the normal beach is a good 500m further but not very nice. The beach chair that comes with it is unfortunately not recommended on this anything but beautiful beach. If you're looking to swim in the sea, it's not recommended.
