Ladies and GentlemenI would like to file a complaint about one of your employees who sits on the phone until 3:00 p.m. The employee in question treats guests extremely unfriendly, insults them and states that all rooms are fully booked, even though there are actually enough rooms available.After 3 p.m. I got a room at the reception, the employees on site said there were enough rooms available.When I asked about the “disrespectful” employee, I was told that this employee is only responsible for customer calls in the home office and does not work on site.This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your hotel. I expect you to resolve this matter immediately and take appropriate action to ensure that such behavior does not occur again.

The positive first: the hotel is quietly located in a small shopping center. Unfortunately, the way to the hotel is not particularly well signposted in this department store, and the reception in the hotel is also very inconspicuously signposted.The room offers a small fitted kitchen, but that's about it for the positive things. Otherwise the room was pretty dirty, there was a spider in every corner of the room and silverfish and other small animals were crawling on the walls. The bed was also very well laid out. Furthermore, you couldn't really watch TV from the bed because the shelf is attached in such a way that the picture is cut off in the bottom corner.About the staff:The reception was very friendly. The reception was actually supposed to be manned from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., but no one was there at 8:40 a.m. and the reception was already empty at 9:30 p.m. in the evening.The inner courtyards of the hotel were also not allowed to be entered, although a small group did not comply and sat there and consumed alcohol and were loud. A call to the phone number on the sign leads to nothing. When I called reception they just told me to take care of it myself.Should I be in Wiesbaden again for any reason, it will be a different hotel!

Price/performance not justified at all. Not even the room was cleaned within 4 days. The dishes were still dirty from the previous guest, the curtains had stains, the dishwasher needed salt and rinse aid. The shower couldn't be hung.Finding your way outside with a stroller on holidays or Sundays was always a trip in itself.We won't be coming back!

Does what it promises, that's a well-deserved 3 stars.Very clean room including bathroom.The room is very modern, with nice furniture.We were there with my husband over the weekend and definitely didn't regret our choice, especially for the price you can't complain at all.However, the double bed was a bit stupid because the beds had wheels that weren't really stable and the employees couldn't be found at reception in the morning, despite an emergency, which was a shame.One floor below the hotel, there was a small shopping center, with a very large Rewe, a bakery and many other shops.Everything was easy to reach, gladly again.

This was my worst experience from a hotel! Firstly, we were incorrectly entered into their system for a week later, so we would have to wait before we could get our room. I can understand that errors can occur, but that wasn't everything! We were not told that because of this the hotel is in a shopping center, all doors to the shopping center are locked except for one door that leads to the arcade! Now I arrived at the hotel at 1 a.m. and wanted to go in, but found all the doors locked and didn't know what to do! After calling a couple of times the front desk didn't answer and I even left a message and the next morning there wasn't even a call back if they received my message. Luckily, I ended up learning from someone who wanted to go to the arcade that the key to the room could open a certain door to the mall, but this wasn't explained to us at check-in! Then tomorrow the reception wasn't there at check-out either, even though they're supposed to be there at least from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.! We found the box to return the key ourselves!The room was fine but the overall stay was very poor!

This is a good quality hotel on the top floor in Westcenter. You can shop in REWE on the ground floor and there are several more shops in Westcenter.
