I arrived on Monday and the bill had already been debited from the company credit card a few days ago. We always pay in advance and get it refunded at the end of the week. I could have canceled until 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, but they had already settled in full before I got into town. Went to my room and the bed looked used. The duvet was spilling out of the cover and was completely crumpled. The bed sheets weren't properly inserted under the mattress, the trash can wasn't emptied, the light in the toilet didn't work, the light controls on the bed had no functions, indefinable stains on the floor, toothpaste sprinkles on the mirror, so it hadn't been cleaned either.The hand shower holder in the shower was broken, the sealing tape on the shower door was missing, so the area of the room in front of the shower was flooded.
