Unfortunately you have to give this one star, otherwise we would skip it altogether. In addition to catastrophic service, the paying guest is offered bulky furniture, such as a missing wardrobe door and completely broken bedside lamps. The door to the bathroom couldn't be closed because the door leaf was destroyed, dirt and smell everywhere you looked. The message to booking is outNobody should pay for this filthy garbage dump. Finding solutions is apparently not in the interest of the staff either. The argument for this mess is that the room was cheap. The price-performance ratio is outrageous

I noticed that there were bedbugs in the bed and all over my body there were swollen areas. Bedbugs bit my body. I already complain about the hotel to Federal Ministry of Health in Germany . I returned to Turkey today. I am covered in terrible bites everywhere on my body.

One of the highlights is the stunning terrace gardens. The hotel has done an amazing job of creating a natural oasis right in the heart of the city. It's a unique and unforgettable experience.

absolute impudence to give away a room like that!I went into the room and saw stains on the walls, holes and animals everywhere!Booked a double room and got a single room.I had to ask the Internet service what the Internet password was and was only sent an incorrect password, after which I was no longer answered. The room didn't even have a window and we sometimes had to sleep with the door open, which didn't feel safe!We felt like we were in a refugee home!!I then woke up to itching on my skin and noticed that there were bed bugs that were also crawling on my partner.I would love to have my money back!

Once and never again I have rarely experienced something like that, or rather never. The room was dirty because there was mold on the wallsThe decorative strips on the floor were off and lying loose and the whole condition of the room was miserable!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEPRoom: zero stars: Bed FULL OF BED BUGS. Not fit nor healthy for human habitation.Service: zero stars. Receptionist seemed to consider guests an inconvenience. No reception or any contact out of hours, nor the following morning.Hotel is quite close to the city centre. Did not want to boost the rating by giving a higher mark. The bed was full of bed bugs - complained to the management and over two weeks later have still heard nothing from the hotel. I ended up trying to sleep in a chair.Overall zero stars. The worst Hotel I have ever stayed in.

Stay away from this bug! The whole bed is simply swarming with them and, apparently, the administration doesn’t care about it. After spending the night in this place, my whole body is now bitten by bedbugs.

Absolute disaster!!!I wake up in the middle of the night, everything itches and I'm bleeding. The whole bed was full of bed bugs, some of which had already been crushed from turning over (pictures available).Nobody could be reached at the hotel!I moved out of the hotel immediately, but the hotel made no effort to clarify the incident or refund me my money!Absolute shame that something like this exists! The health department has been informed.
