Great apartment that is centrally located. A quick trip to the dike in the evening isn't a problem either. We can only recommend it.

Very nice host. The farm is in a great location for a walk along the dike or swimming by the sea. Quiet, idyllic, great

The farm is well located. Carolinensiel is only 5 minutes away by car and is ideal for shopping and eating out. Mr. Behrens is nice and happy to provide information about nearby excursion options. The apartment was bright, clean, well-equipped and large (West apartment). Bicycles with child seats are also available and can be rented at a fair price. However, now comes the big point of criticism: The Husarenhof is definitely NOT a farm. There are only 2 rabbits, 2 ponies and a cat as far as animals are concerned. The goats advertised no longer exist and unfortunately there were no riding opportunities on site either. The rabbits lead a sad existence in the cage. The play options in the garden are relatively numerous, but in poor to very poor condition.I really would have liked to give it 4 stars. However, due to incorrect information on the homepage, this is not possible for me. Farm holidays look different...

The holiday apartment we have is suitably furnished and has a reasonable price-performance ratio. The garden with toys is perfect, especially because you can let the children play there with peace of mind. The host is nice and always helpful.

Relatively sparsely furnished kitchenette without a dishwasher and oven. The apartment was relatively clean (apart from things like curtains that hadn't been washed in a while). Unfortunately we had a wasp's nest in the wall in the bedroom, had up to 30 wasps in the room, not so great when you are traveling with small children. Unfortunately, the landlord just downplayed the problem.

I would always recommend it. My children and I had 8 wonderful days there. Everything you need to feel comfortable is there. I found the information material presented very positive. The bread roll service offered by the local bakery was also excellent. We'll definitely come again...

The garden is quite large and invites children to run around, but what we found unfortunate is that the curtains in the "East" room were not clean and the windows were not cleaned. (I'm the woman, I'm from the catering/hotel industry myself and I think no matter what price a guest pays, everyone has a right to cleanliness).Although it said that the children were allowed to ride if they helped in the stable, this was unfortunately not the case on site, which our children were very happy about and were sad about. However, we would still recommend it because after all it is just a place to sleep and there is so much to experience and see in the area.
