The Hotel Nassauer Hof has a very good location and you can easily reach the city center on foot. The Kurhaus/Casino directly opposite is super nice. Check-in went quickly and especially in the room with chocolate cake and a cooler with champagne as a welcome was very sweet.Unfortunately, the room is outdated... that's your concept, I understand that, but it seems like I'm in the year 2000. Furniture design, the room telephone... the sink didn't really feel high quality. Unfortunately we also forgot to fill up the water.Breakfast service: The employees were very nice, but unfortunately there was a lack of attention such as refilling the cutlery or asking more often if something else could be served because most of the time we have to say something ourselves. Waiting time is also important. I ordered egg dishes and would have to wait 30 minutes, that doesn't have to be the case. But the negative points aside, in general we had a very nice stay and the bed quality was excellent. The wellness area was also very nice with a terrace and a very good view of the Marktkirche. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the friendly spa staff who showed us everything we could do there. We also went to the Duck Restaurant, the service was really great, not too stiff for a star restaurant, everything went quickly. The hotel bar was very good, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Wokan (bar manager) and his assistant Arsen, it was so great that we had to go there again the next evening, high praise!Of course, Mr. Weller (concierge) accompanied us during our stay and fulfilled every wish. He was always there and you can tell that he was passionate about it. Thank you for a great experience!

Of course the hotel has a certain charm. However, there are a number of details that are a bit weak for a 5-star hotel. The weak points from my point of view:- You only receive 1 key for both guests. It's not a key card. If you forget to lock the door, anyone can come in- Sauna costs 15 euros extra.- Very tense parking situation. Barrier only works occasionally. Parking is difficult to find and not signposted.- It was very warm in the room. When we asked how we could turn down the heating, we were told that an employee would take care of it. When we returned after dinner the window was open and the heating was still extremely warm.- The only bar in the building is a smoking barVery positive:- great breakfast- Very well equipped gym- is very central

We are now taking the time to rate this beautiful hotel with an impressive history since we were traveling so much. So: The hotel impresses with its location, size and exterior architecture. It is right in the heart of the city and opposite the casino, which is rightly considered one of the most beautiful in Germany. The hotel radiates glamor and glory and that's how it is. Super nice staff, competent service and a dignified atmosphere. Very valuable in our hectic times. The various restaurants in the hotel deserve special mention, especially in terms of the creativity of the dishes. If you are a fan of fine dining, you will get your money's worth. Absolutely recommended for hotel and restaurant fans!

Impressive 5*+ hotel with a venerable history since 1813. Kaiser Wilhelm II, Tsar Nicholas II, Dostoyevsky, the Bilderberg Conference, Playboy...;-)... so many personalities have been here! Incidentally, Germany's first 5* superior hotel. The service is exceptional, the rooms are luxuriously furnished and the building and thermal baths are excellently maintained. I would love to come back!

Basically a really great hotel and everyone there is super friendly and provides top service. What doesn't work for me is that it smells like smoke in many places in the hotel. Personally, as a former smoker, I don't like that. If you don't mind that, you'll find a fantastic hotel, you can even indulge your passion with a cigar and you'll also have a top location in Wiesbaden. Downtown, casino, theater, everything within walking distance.

I recently stayed at Hotel Nassauer Hof in Wiesbaden, and it was an incredible experience. The hotel’s history and luxurious amenities really stood out. The highlight of my stay was the rooftop thermal pool, fed by the hotel’s own spring—an incredibly relaxing experience with stunning views of the city. The spa services were excellent, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and elegant.Dining at Ente, their Michelin-starred restaurant, was a culinary adventure. The multi-course duck-themed meal was a standout, and I highly recommend giving yourself time to fully enjoy the experience. The service throughout the hotel was impeccable, and the staff made sure every need was met.If you’re looking for a luxurious spa retreat with top-tier dining, Hotel Nassauer Hof is a perfect choice in Wiesbaden.

After several years we came back to the Nassauer Hof. In my opinion, this hotel still corresponds to a grand hotel. The location, the ambience, the staff, the breakfast, there was nothing for me to complain about. …

Unfortunately, overall it wasn't a nice stay. But first to the good things: the location is unbeatable, the outside of the building is gorgeous and the staff are all very friendly. Unfortunately the whole hotel came to a standstill at some point in the 80s, unfortunately everything is outdated, poorly maintained and dirty in various places. The double room was acceptable but not very comfortable and was also getting old - to top it off, smelly water with bubbling noises sprayed out of the floor drain in the bathroom at night. The highlight, however, is that as a hotel guest you have to pay EUR 15.00 per person per day to use an uncomfortable and unkempt sauna area. Unfortunately, the whole experience had nothing to do with 5-star quality - we will leave it at this one-off visit.

The hotel is one of the most traditional and expensive hotels in town. A beautiful pool, the best view and location are among the outstanding attributes of this house. Accordingly, the character of some rooms is a bit traditional and perhaps a bit outdated for some. Excellent cuisine, of course!
