We stayed in the "Aussichtsreich" for two days and were thrilled with the house and its unique location. We were also impressed by the culinary offerings from breakfast to afternoon coffee with a great selection of cakes and tarts to dinner.Particularly noteworthy is the super nice staff who served us with unobtrusive attention and genuine friendliness. Special thanks to Melissa and everyone else who made our stay pleasant

Nice hotel, nice view, good breakfastUnfortunately, you have to rely on the cable car if you don't want to walk up the mountain with your luggage. If you want to eat something in the valley in the evening you are unfortunately forced to walk up in the dark (there were guests at the end of October). With a flashlight and if you are good on foot you can do it in 40 minutescreate.

We were on the castle hill on Saturday in beautiful weather and in the restaurant with a larger group. Rarely have I been served so badly!! First we waited almost an hour to be able to order. The food was reasonably timely, but there were two dishes missing that didn't arrive until 20 minutes later. The quality of the food left a lot to be desired, the schnitzel was totally dry, the salad was loveless, the fries for the children were cold. The drinks didn't come until we had already finished eating. They were slammed onto the table without a word by an older waiter, who became really unfriendly when asked about the individual drinks... All in all, it wasn't a nice stay, especially since the prices here are quite outrageous. We were more than disappointed. We won't be coming back...

Ambiance and food was good. Unfortunately the service was very bad. Waited about 45 minutes before a waiter even came. Then everything came individually. Something was also completely forgotten. Unfortunately, the entire service team was completely overwhelmed. So many orders were wrong, it was a tragedy...

The two of us went there for dinner on a busy day.The warm food was brought quickly, but unfortunately the cake took over half an hour. The service was friendly, only very rarely “available”. The waiters seemed to be divided up somewhat impractically, so there seemed to be a big confusion about who wanted to order what, who ordered what, who wanted to pay or who had already paid. The currywurst was delicious, but unfortunately we weren't that impressed with the cake. The blueberry cheesecake tasted more like a healthier quark cake that has nothing in common with a normal cheesecake. The American cheesecake, however, was very tasty. The atmosphere was super nice and the toilets were clean.

Very friendly and courteous service in the restaurant. However, the choice of food for children is very limited. It would be good if a small children's menu was simply provided.Food was very good and reasonably priced.Unfortunately I cannot rate the rooms.
