Great JGH with very friendly staff, nice offers on site (forest, basketball court), interference-free WiFi, clean rooms.There was also no shortage of vegetarian breakfast and dinner.Thank you for your contribution to the environment. Waste was avoided as much as possible, e.g. no individually wrapped Nutella/jam at breakfast. No invoice printed out on paper (no one needs it, email is sufficient)

A really great youth hostel, just outside the city of Büdingen.Very nice staff, good breakfast.The rooms are large and the sanitary facilities are clean

Very nice short vacation for our family. Due to the beautiful location on the mountain, you can be in the old town in no time, but what is very nice is right next to the forest with a more direct route to the wildlife park. The staff at the youth hostel were all very nice and available to answer questions at any time. The room was fine for 5 people.The food was really great for vegetarians 👍 and very tasty. Great selection of dishes, a restaurant couldn't have cooked better.The trip was a complete success and our family was very happy.

We stayed at this hostel on business and really enjoyed our stay.The nature around is very decelerating, it is quiet and the area of the youth hostel is designed with great attention to detail, it is reminiscent of typical cottage gardens.Everything was clean, the food was delicious and the employees were super friendly!

Beautiful youth hostel.Spent four nights here and are completely satisfied.The location is very nice, in the middle of the forest. The wildlife park and Büdingen's old town can be reached on foot.A dream for children. There was no boredom, there were enough toys, space, etc.We were able to borrow a great games room and books for the evening.The food was great and varied and good.We will be happy to come back again and again!

We were in the youth hostel in Büdingen for the second time. We spend our summer vacation there visiting friends.This time we had 2 very nice family rooms in House A.Since the weather was better this time, we were able to spend a lot of time outside, discovering and experiencing a lot on the grounds and in the adjacent forest. The children were very enthusiastic about the animals (sheep, goats and chickens) and if they were lucky they could even get up close and personal.The food was again really good, as a non meat eater it's really great to be able to just grab and go.A big thank you also to the kitchen crew who made some of your extra wishes possible.All the other employees were also super friendly and helpful. We were particularly fond of the four-legged employee Resi and had to endure a lot of cuddles.All in all, a very relaxed holiday where children can just be children and be loud without being looked at.We'd love to come back

Katja, who is responsible for the reception, is, among other things, the heart of the house. She is very friendly and makes many things possible.I had a very good conversation with the hostel father, which I only found out about an hour after our conversation and we had a very good chat. He is a very calm and objective good boss for this hostel.

4th class school trip: Vegetarian is all well and good but why pasta and tomato sauce on both days? You really can't serve cheaper food. No second dish, no fruit. The rooms are tiny for 8 people. I would recommend to my school.

Quietly located JuHe. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Rooms are getting old. The rooms are very noisy!

Mega nice place for a school trip.There is a lot to discover and do.The route to the JHB can be done on foot and is not far, but very steep.Service and food are warm and good.

Very simple rooms, but the price-performance ratio is still good. Very, very nice staff.Great: dogs allowed!This year we also booked the New Year's Eve program - just great. An employee spontaneously agreed to offer a city tour for us guests. Great! The food was meeeeeeeggggggaaaa delicious.

Very nice team and great food. We stayed at the hostel with our children and dog over New Year's Eve and had a great time. The team put in a lot of effort. Programs have been organized and there are many common areas.

Incredibly nice team. Very tasty food, with a very large selection, the children don't even notice that this is a vegetarian youth hostel. It's lonely in the forest, quite a long walk to Büdingen.

We went on a trip with 156 first-year law students to the Büdingen youth hostel. Good location, very good food and we had peace and quiet. Getting there through the forest was difficult with double-decker buses. We had the entire youth hostel to ourselves.
