More beautiful on the inside than on the outside. Clean rooms and spacious. We can recommend it for one night. Unfortunately there is no toilet or shower in the room.

The place has nice, spacious rooms, 2 large beds with XL size, TV OK, balcony, but a small drawback is the lack of towels. We had to go downstairs to the guy because he didn't answer the phone, he only gave two towels, and that was a plus. Disadvantages: no parking in front of the house because it was his property. cars. The family probably doesn't like sleeping at night because they could constantly hear persistent knocking and children running around. A big plus is that the owner welcomed us after 11 p.m., because at this time it's practically impossible to find anything in the outskirts of Niemcownia.

He does not allow the landlord to use the refrigerator... and it is very hot.It's not worth it .........for this price I have slept in a wonderful hotel in Berlin...

I'm at a loss for words! I had to sleep on an extra bed in the basement. Without heating in winter! There was about 20cm of space between the bed and the bathroom door. You can't get through that! The room wasn't fully assembled yet, there's a cable running through the shower that comes in through the window.

It would have been nicer if we hadn't necessarily had a room in the converted basement, which we couldn't use until a day later than booked. Because there were 2 or 3 rooms assigned twice for Thursday and Friday. (that can happen). However, the bathroom in this room was in the hallway... perhaps better used as a family suite. The “Gründauerhof” is still under construction and has probably been for at least 2 years. Unfortunately we couldn't see the upper floor, but if everything looked like the basement and someone cleaned it during the day...especially the sanitary facilities, which also includes refilling toilet paper...it would I will come back there at any time.Unfortunately, we never saw the owners during our stay, but you could contact them at their apartment door (in the house).This is just an overnight stay without breakfast, although there is a complete kitchen in the basement, but it isn't quite finished yet or it doesn't look professionally installed.We assume that the family are newbies to this field and will hopefully learn something from our assessment. The young man who showed us the room and gave us brief information...was very friendly and we think that when the outdoor area is finished and the house number or name can be found on the house. ...all guests will feel comfortable as long as our comments are taken into account.P.s. Some little information about where you can have breakfast or dinner nearby would be highly recommended.We wish you much success for the future and perhaps see you soon.Best regards from Berlin

2-family house under renovation and no farm or even hotel. Not even a guesthouse. Toilet in the hallway that obviously has to be shared.
