The house is very clean, but the prices are very high, e.g. Breakfast per person 8 euros even for a 4 year old child.Parking situation is unacceptable. We came with a large family, one Ereachsen 3 children, and didn't even have a short-term parking space to empty the car. Only public parking spaces can be used. For this reason we will no longer book the house....Accessibility: No go... After 4 p.m. you can only get to the room via the steep outside stairs... Not usable for our family members with MS who rely on a wheelchair...Another negative point: The apartment is not well insulated. Unbearable in the summer... we could hardly sleep because of the heat.My personal conclusion: Unfortunately, this house has more of a great appearance in the window. We won't be booking it again.

Functionally furnished, very clean with a great terrace. There is no kettle and hairdryer in the rooms. Filter coffee would be great for breakfast and a nice breakfast egg.

The really beautiful, modern guesthouse left a lasting impression. The friendly and very courteous staff also left nothing to be desired. The rooms are small and functional, more in the style of a modern youth hostel, but still very clean and nice, we had a view of the tower/gate. The breakfast buffet was rich. Hot drink of your choice was prepared individually and freshly. Breakfast room with a view of the street, very bright and friendly. Great location, within walking distance of the old town and Swan Island. Would come back immediately.Small minus point:There was also the option of locking the bikes, which was great, but only for about 6 bikes and the back entrance there isn't particularly nice to look at and didn't fit in with the rest of the building. Unfortunately, information about the cycle path or similar would not be available. We could still work on that

Very great hotel with top value for money. Rooms are very clean and location is also great. At night there is a night entrance and automatic key issuance upon request. There are also 2 lounges and a spacious terrace where you can have a drink. The only drawback is the adjacent street where cars occasionally drive along which you can hear very clearly.

The guest house island is exactly as it is described on the homepage. Simple, clean rooms and a delicious breakfast. In my opinion, everything you need is available for a shorter stay (Wi-Fi is not sufficient depending on the location).The heart of the house are the employees. Very friendly, accommodating and helpful. They are very supportive if you have any requests or questions.I was very satisfied with all of my stays.
