We were only there for dinner (family celebration with 22 people). In the morning the staff was nice and friendly. When we were there again in the afternoon and the staff changed, it became hectic and the service was more than unfriendly, offensive, so once and never again. It's a shame, actually I only had positive memories of Bavaria and the Allgäu, but fortunately I have never experienced anything like that here in North Rhine-Westphalia.

Nice inn, the sausages in the morning at the white sausage breakfast were unfortunately lukewarm to cold, they tasted very good, the cake in the afternoon was very tasty, the dinner was very good, but at the Schäufele the sauce was very salty and the beef medallions were too expensive for them three strips of meat.Regarding the service, it should be mentioned that yesterday, Saturday, the morning/afternoon shift was very friendly and pleasant. The evening shift, on the other hand, was sometimes unfriendly and unpleasant.

Really delicious dishes. Very courteous service. You can sit outside, at Marienplatz, without any traffic. For me it's by far the best restaurant in Immenstadt. Any time

The food is very good and the menu is very interesting and varied. In addition, the service is very attentive. I felt very comfortable as a guest and had a lovely evening. I've been to the Drei König restaurant several times and have never been disappointed.

Central location with some parking spaces directly at the house. If you arrive by train, it is about a 6-minute walk to the hotel. The room was very clean and all the hotel staff is very nice and helpful. I can only recommend the breakfast buffet and the food in the restaurant 👍🏼🤩.You get hiking tips and even a nice conversation from the boss.We have already felt very comfortable here twice and will definitely check in here again :)

We don't know the hotel, we went to the restaurant today, had a little drink and ate a little something. It was really very tasty. The atmosphere was very good. The staff ??? Very borderline. They argued loudly and continued to act like that outside of the beer garden. Very unpleasant and very rude, especially the female waitress. The gentleman at least improved somewhat over the course of the afternoon. Finally, we were abruptly thrown out because we hadn't eaten enough. Well...let's hope that these two aren't the owners of this apparently good restaurant. I know good staff is hard to come by, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that things will get better. One star for the staff, the gentleman at least tried hard at times... the lady doesn't work at all. We are often in Immenstadt with our guests, always relaxing so far and thought we would try something new... but no... we would rather relax and relax again...

We come here very regularly and will be happy to come back.Despite the full terrace/beer garden, the conditions are friendly and fast. The prices aren't necessarily a bargain, but the quality is always good.

Great location, good food but the portions are way too small. We have always enjoyed going here to eat - but the last 2-3 times the portion was significantly too small for us. Very unfortunate.

Nice location, right next to the city center with many shops. Beautiful, cozy interior, you just feel right at home. The personnel is very friendly and courteous.It's nice to be in the city center, but the bell rings every 15 minutes and is really loud. You can turn it off but it's really annoying sometimes. But the hotel can't do anything about it.

Everything is just right here: beautiful room, friendliness of the staff, excellent food, good selection also for vegetarians and fish lovers, committed boss, beautiful place on the market square with an outdoor terrace. Quiet. We'd love to come back!
