We made a booking as a gift for our (father-in-law) and partner. Due to illness, among other things, we had to rebook a non-cancellable booking several times. Ms. Schielin, the managing director, and colleagues were very understanding and always tried to find a solution. Exceptionally high level of service, something you can hardly find these days.

Get married at the Hotel Bad Schachen - an unforgettable day in a fantastic location!From the beginning you could tell that weddings here really are a matter of the heart. Everyone we got to know and supported us during the preparations and on the big day was simply wonderful. We would particularly like to highlight Ms. Eninger, Mr. Halici and Mr. Yilmaz - they all contributed significantly to making our wedding an unforgettable experience.Ms. Eninger was simply great! We overwhelmed her with numerous calls and questions, but she handled everything with incredible calm and a lot of empathy. Your support was simply priceless.The service on the wedding day was equally excellent. Even our guests spoke to us later and thanked us for the great service, the exquisite drinks and the fantastic food. Everyone was thrilled!We can highly recommend this location and would like to thank the entire team from the bottom of our hearts for this special day

We were able to enjoy the lido's anniversary. A wonderful beach that is definitely the most beautiful thing on Lake Constance. A dream from another time. 100 years a great anniversary that left nothing to be desired. A great reception, a sensational flying buffet with the absolute highlight being the dessert buffet. We are not easily impressed. However, the Bad Schachen team succeeded perfectly. A fire show in a class of its own, a band in the style of the 20s. It was just great. The service was very attentive. It was an all-round successful evening in the sensational ambience of Bad Schachen. An incredible view of the Bay of Bregenz in absolutely fantastic weather.Thank you for offering such great events to the Bad Schachen team. A priceless evening that absolutely thrilled us.

It's wonderful that there are still a few family-run grand hotels, the "Bad Schachen" is one of them. The quiet location on the Riviera, lined with 19th century villas, is fantastic, as is the lido designed by Max Littmann in the middle of the magical Lindenhof Park. Experiencing the full moon over Lindau from your room as it reflects in the water is truly a magical experience! All of this, together with the first-class service, justifies the price of this formidable accommodation. When the full moon rises over Lindau and the water shines silver, the traveler will have a magical experience. All in all: a place to feel good!

I can't say anything about the rooms because we didn't use them. We were on the beautiful terrace for Mother's Day brunch. Completely professionally done. Great service and the food on offer was all brilliant! Keep it up!!
