Just terrible experience!Extremely greedy and rude owner, who charges extra for anything. Strict check in availability and no flexibility with delayed flights or so.Shower? 3 min hot water in a shared bathroom! Good luck with that. Do not recommend AT ALL. For same price or some extra bucks, there are so many better places around the city.

Kindness, sympathy, empathy, common sense, respect for the guest,Receptivity, education, are some adjectives that you don't know here! A place full of rules, a bath that is limited to just 3 minutes of hot water!!! I've never seen so many absurdities in one place! We trust the platform, I swear I had my eyes closed, since it's on Booking I could trust it. Our flight was delayed by an hour, so we were also late checking in and were penalized 20 euros, carrying two large suitcases, two backpacks and having to withdraw money and to our surprise it was on the 4th floor, no elevator, I have health problems and I had left the hospital, a son moving to Berlin, my granddaughter's birthday, I had to come. To put me on the ground floor I would have to pay another 480 Euros, abusive to the extreme!!!! The platform helped us, as they don't mention having to climb 4 floors, but the Check in fine went up to 60 Euros! I leave you a tip, stay away from here. The only positive point is the cleanliness, it really deserves praise. As there was no flexibility, I could give a No Show, charge one night and taxes, refund my money and I would go to a place I liked, we are always in Berlin, I can say I don't recommend it, I don't have any good things to say about this stay, so I say that I would not return to Apartament Schuls. As I read in other reviews… run away from this place!!! I still have to wait 15 days for the deposit, I insist on receiving it, Booking they charge us at the door, immediately, it would be honest to receive it at Check out, right? Rating 1 just for finding everything clean, nothing else to praise!!!

I stayed 8 nights, in room 3 and it is a good Hostel, especially for the location, the rooms are very good and they keep the community toilet in good condition. There is a well-organized refrigerator and wifi available. The owners are professional and friendly, I did not have any problems of any kind, I recommend it. 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼😊

Yum was charged 100 euros so that we wouldn’t steal anything, but what’s funny is what should we steal? The furniture is old! The bedding was not used by someone, the towels were old and dirty! We gave the amount of 100 euros and we did not get the money back! They threatened not to leave bad reviews but we couldn’t lie! And because of this, we were not refunded 100 euros! For us it's money! And for you! ? If you don't want to be deceived by this hotel, don't choose it! Also, in your absence, the administrator can come in there when you are not there and go through your personal belongings! There is no cleaning in the rooms. So there is no security. If you lose money or personal belongings, you will never prove anything! Just like us! Our personal belongings were missing and the owner did not return the deposit and still did not want to hear anything about the loss! We also argued and they also threatened us that they would return our money if we deleted the review here! But we deleted it and the money was not returned to us, so we again write what happened. There were no amenities in the room, everything was dirty, but what killed it was that there were cockroaches and ants crawling in the room. We were sleeping and they climbed into the bed and crawled everywhere! Cockroaches will crawl into your things! They also gave us towels, they were old, all stained and dirty. The neighbors there are also not very nice. Someone was constantly making noise from above and people were running over my head. At night the toilet was flushed and the flush pipe passed through the room so the smell of the sewer and the sound of water woke us up. The windows also faced the main street and people were knocking on the windows all night and looking into the windows of our room, it was just trash. We checked out with the hope that we would get our money back, but they didn’t give us our money back and they also wrote threats, it’s terrible, it wasn’t a vacation, it was hell!

It’s very late, but I found hotels next to this one for the same amount, only inside everything was much newer and better! I don’t recommend this hotel to you because the windows face the street on the first floor and at night there are drunk people yelling under the windows. I want to open the window because it’s summer, but you can’t open the window because it will stink of urine because there is such an area that it’s there all night pissing under the windows! And they knock and look into the windows! There is no air conditioning! The room has a table and two chairs, the chest of drawers is broken, the light doesn’t work and there are no amenities! That's horrible! Read the reviews! They won't give you your money! I do not recommend this hotel! And the owner needs to be sued for deception and the fact that he does not return the money! They walk the streets all night and shout, it’s terrible! Cleaning was only in the kitchen and bathroom, and the bed and towels are not changed in your room! The towels in this hotel are old and stained, everything is very careless! The most terrible thing that they won’t write to you here is that there were cockroaches and ants in the room! They climbed in the bed and closets! I was shocked when all sorts of ants were crawling in my underwear! The doors to the rooms are easy to break into, there are no cameras, no one will be responsible for your things! There is only one bathroom and there is no way to get into it when one of the other residents is there! When we were there, there was a couple who screamed and made noise all night and scattered their dirty laundry all over the bathroom, we could not get any kind of understanding and analysis from the owner. When we left, we asked for a refund of the deposit and we are still waiting, and a month has already passed ! He threatened us that for a bad review he would not give us a deposit, although this is true! I write the truth and not the false opinion of fakes!
