The hotel has a prime location in the truest sense of the word (directly at the harbor in Lindau). The service is very friendly and you are guided to the garage space upon arrival (which you should definitely reserve). This “service excellence” is complemented by nice gestures at check-in with a welcome drink, goodnight chocolate in the room and at check-out with the presentation of a small. bread and water. The subtle luxury of the junior suite we booked, "Golden Lobster", was reflected in the closeness to nature (wood) and gold accents as well as the colored light ambience. Unfortunately, this did not have a balcony/exit and was located on the side of the house. But the wellness lounge and the beautiful panoramic sauna on the roof make up for it.It was very happy and pleasant that our dog was also welcome in the hotel. Undoubtedly, the fee of €35 per night is not cheap for a little furry friend, but there were some amenities in the room, such as welcome treats, dog bed, dog blanket, food and water bowls. Personal caresses were given free of charge as a bonus.The breakfast was rich, diversely presented, really left nothing to be desired and was the perfect start to every day of vacation.In short: we have a clear recommendation for this very well-run hotel.

Excellent experience, very helpful staff - Ice helped us with several issues like parking, timing, provided good tips on how best to use the hotel's many amenities, and left late to make sure we are able to check in after arriving relatively late. Very thoughtful and helpful and made our stay much better.Good hotel, nice spa with a pool, infinity pool on the roof, sauna and steam room, all very nice. Free breakfast is pretty nice, with some outstanding items such as honeycomb.The area itself is very nice and the town is great to walk around in.Thank you, Ice!

Wonderfully renovated hotel. Nice and very clean rooms. We had a view of the lake. Just beautiful. The only point that bothered me was the balcony, which you have to share with another party in the room. It is separated by a few small bushes, but you can see well on both sides.A great plus for me was a PP with a 11kw power connection.We really enjoyed our stay and can only recommend this hotel. Thank you

I booked a room in this hotel because I was running the Sparkasse marathon and wanted to treat myself a little. It was convenient that the starting line was right outside the hotel and even more convenient that they offered spa/pool and wellness services. The hotel took such good care of me pre/post race. I’ve never felt so pampered. The staff were so polite and so helpful. You can tell that they really just wanted all of their guests to relax.

The panoramic sauna on the roof and our room with a view of a very romantic harbor were absolutely fantastic.The hotel is stylishly furnished, almost every detail has been thought out, except for the refrigerator in the room. This was not permanently installed and made noises at night. This made it uncomfortable for my wife to sleep at night. According to feedback from the hotel, this problem no longer exists.

I'm a little disappointed...There is a shower in the room next to the desk, the drain was blocked. The mirror and the cosmetic mirror are mounted too high for short people.At the breakfast buffet it is very tight, the placement of sausage, eggs and bacon is exactly in the passage to the seats. The hotel bar is no longer open at 11:15 p.m.I would have expected something better for the price.

We booked this hotel because it has a very good rating. The positive thing is that it is in a very good location, right on the lake, from where you have a nice view over the harbor and Lake Constance. The breakfast buffet is extensive, varied and delicious. The negative thing is: we called before our arrival and asked for a garage space for our car. We gave the model and size. There would be a garage space for us and the size didn't matter. This is how the garage space was confirmed to us. It would cost €25 per night, which was totally fine for us. was. When we arrived yesterday we were taken to the garage, which is about 8 minutes away from the hotel building. We then tried to drive the car into the car lift and quickly realized that our car was too long for that. The concierge then told us that we had to park the car outside in front of the garage. Which we did. When we left we were charged €20 for this place, which we found quite expensive and cheeky. When we arrived in the hotel room we noticed that the whole room was pretty shabby and very small. There should be two coat hooks attached to the closet, but one is completely missing and has never been replaced. If there were points for the bathroom, we would give negative points for it. You have to sit at an angle on the toilet seat so that you don't hit your head on the wall. It's so small that two people can't stand in it and brush their teeth. You can see in the shower that the shower rod with shower curtain has been replaced by a very short glass partition. When you shower, the fresh water splashes onto the floor and the floor is then pretty wet. The hotel has a rooftop lounge, but this is a nudist area. The management replied that this worn-out room would be renovated and enlarged in a few days. We specifically rebooked our room into a higher category and now we find out that it was the smallest and most worn room ever. This also explains why things that were obviously broken were no longer replaced. The price/performance ratio here was absolutely not right.
