RoomBed is totally squeaky, relatively clean, there is a lack of shelves (especially because of the socket on the bed), lockers are enough for a small backpack and a few clothes (everyone has to decide for themselves whether that's enough) 😊+ dressing table+ you can come and go as you please using the key & codeYou have to lock the room yourself (from the outside & inside)(Fire protection??😂, no idea how that works)bathroomDisastrous :( No soap for 3 days, relatively dirty, the light in one toilet didn't work...Location & staffGreat, employees speak English (okay for me) but are very niceFor the price I wouldn't come again, you can get something better :)

Was in the hostel with 5 boys and it was very good. The instructions were in English, which was a bit strange and there were a few hanging options in the room. However, the owner was very nice and cool, the room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.It is perfect for young people who want to pay less for a room and have a good location in Berlin.

Please go somewhere else… Even if we are a little late, we have to sleep on the street. The person next to us didn't get the key even though we told him he would be coming home late. It's a very different place from the picture. I lost all of my reservations for two days. It seems like there's a lot of theft and fraud, so just go to a safe accommodation... We were abandoned on the street so we went to a hotel on the main street that starts with the letter M and it was nice.

Just left Berlin after a lovely few days in the Wallyard Concept Hostel. Super clean hostel and felt really friendly and safe in the all female dorm. Staff were very informative and eager to provide recommendations. Trams were easy to get to and took you directly to most places or to further transportation. My only negative is that the top bunks in my room could do with having a small shelf next to the chargers, as I found it inconvenient to have my devices loose in the bed and a bigger locker space. Would stay again!

Ageism exists, and should be illegal, just like racism and sexism. Was kicked out rudely and unceremoniously after informed that they have a 40 year age limit. No refund, no solution offered. Had to cancel all my plans in Berlin and pay to return back home the same day spending 9 hours on a train. A horrible hostel that should be ashamed of their treatment of human beings.

Had a relaxing time at the hostel. Very tidy and clean as shown on pictures.
Staff members are also very friendly and happy to help! The location is the only saddening part of my stay, although it is easily reachable anywhere, there are quite few changes of transports. But overall great stay!!

Amazing hostel in the center of Berlin. Cool even before you arrive - they have thoughtful digital system of booking and reminding of the booking. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Coffee shop at the lobby, very nice inner yard to enjoy your morning drink. Very friendly staff - one of the best impressions! Thank you!

Very sweet reception. Everything was clean, easy, and fast. Just know that you have to go up at least one flight of stairs to get to the elevator, so if you are a wheelchair user this probably isn't the best place for you. Other than that, the bathrooms and rooms were tidy and everyone working there was extremely kind and very helpful. Not everyone spoke English, but those who worked at the reception did, and others were very good about speaking slowly and being patient with my broken German. If I go back to Berlin I will definitely stay here again!

If your flight is late, you'll have no options to enter.Attention!If you are late for any reason after 6am you cannot enter.So book only if you are sure that the plane, train, bus or any other means of transport will DEFINITELY have no delays.I was left on the street because of a plane that left two hours late and landed at 7pm, not 4am!Never experienced or heard anything like this.Take care!

At first I was very shocked by the simply furnished room. It's just a hostel for partygoers or travelers. We, my 8 year old nephew and I, had the double room with our own bathroom. Bed and table with two chairs, that was all. The little one, a strong gamer and console fan, was of course sad at first. But through all of our activities, he didn't even miss any of that. Honestly: If you want to get to know your child better, it's like a parent-child treatment! We played a lot in the evenings or just chatted. The bathroom was 1A clean. The only annoyance: no curtains, just curtains.

The personal was really nice and they also offer vegan ice cream at the reception (which unfortunately I couldn't try) but the building where you can find the rooms is pretty old. And toilets and showers could be cleaner :/

The receptionist deserves 10/5 stars. Very good vibes, good recommendations and very considerate too. The rooms are comfortable as well as the bedding except for the sockets that do not have cell phone or individual lighting. I think the lockers don't have a security system. They have a small refrigerator and an electric kettle. Towel rental for two Euros. Would definitely improve the bathrooms. During my stay there was no hand soap or toilet sanitizer. The water pressure is bad and so is the temperature since it doesn't come out very hot. Their cleanliness could also improve as well as the aesthetics because they look like abandoned hospital bathrooms. I have sent two messages via booking to replace the supplies in the bathrooms as well as to notify that I was leaving a day before and being a day later, I still have no response

Nice hostel. Comfortable beds. Sockets near the bed. There was a fan in the room. The shower has shelves and hot water. There are lockers in the room. Take your castle.Of the minuses, Reception and check-in are only open until 6pm. There is a Kaufland supermarket nearby. The area is Turkish. 15 minutes to the center by tram

A place nearer to the Central station in Berlin, this is a great Value for Money hostel with an awesome staff who not only help you get settled in, they help you with the Touristy things as well.Take their suggestions for food, extremely accurate and taste the Ice cream they serve in their own Cafe - it will blow your mind.5 Star place and an awesome experience.

I stayed here for five nights in June. The lady at the reception is amazing. It was my first day in Germany but she made me so comfortable. She explained everything so clearly and is great at conversations. The rooms and washroom were clean. No disturbance in the women's dorms.

Unfortunately my visit to Wallyard Café was a disappointment. The red-haired ice cream seller was very unfriendly and made no effort to respond to us. We wanted to order an ice cream parlor with vanilla ice cream - something that is usually available in this type of place and is not an unusual order. After all, it's chilled coffee with vanilla ice cream. She responded to our request for ice cubes with a blunt no. To make matters worse, she criticized us in front of us, apparently assuming we couldn't hear. Such behavior is unacceptable and leaves an extremely negative impression. It's a shame, because the ice cream is actually good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.
