There was no water pressure in my room and I couldn't take a shower in a 350eur room. I reported it to the customer service and they did nothing. At the end, i got no compensation for the inconveniences (but a coupon for 10%). Will never go back of course.

Must be the worst place to stay in Berlin. Avoid Slimehome at all costs. The check-in process is an internet-age, Kafka nightmare. There is no communication between Limehome and booking agents. So when we arrived at this awful place, without any reception area, only a remote call centre. It took an hour of fustration, chaos, and confusion to obtain the correct entry code to the building. Once finally inside, the stuffy and very hot room had no air conditioning and was directly facing a very busy road. There was no opportunity to change the room as the Limehouse call centre has no control over the rooms. (A help line that is unable to offer help). A disastrous place. All the other one-star reviews here must be true.

Even in the large 31 sqm apartment, without air conditioning, it became unbearable within a few minutes when the outside temperature reached 22 degrees. At night it was either very warm or very loud because you had to ventilate. The mattresses were also far too soft and we left a night early because it was unbearably warm. A cot was kindly put in the room, which we didn't use. Unfortunately it was also dirty and dirt visibly fell out when it was dismantled. But the location is good.

I think the location is really perfect. You can definitely park on the surrounding streets. Unfortunately, you can hear them loudly when the windows are open. We were there 2-3 times. The service is absolutely fine for the concept.Everything is reasonably modern, but not ultra chic either. You can already see the wear and tear in the bathrooms. It is clean but not hotel-like.What for us, but the worst thing is that the bed has such a soft foam mattress. You sweat in there and realize it's cheap synthetic. The blankets and pillows are also synthetic and not cheap. Plus you totally sink into the mattress. You're almost in a hole.In the summer it was unbearably hot because there was no air conditioning.I think since it's not that cheap and we also spend money on breakfast, next time I'll splurge a little and go to a real hotel.

Terrible hotel, first of all their linens are synthetic, every morning I woke up sweating and feeling disgusting. The rooms are having air conditioning issues, you have to keep the windows open all the time and idk even windows open the room is stuffy. It did not felt clean, there were spots in the bed sheets.There is no cleaning service, you have to pay extra fee for cleaning as if it is a very cheap hotel.I requested early enterance since I had a long flight in the whole night and I needed to change my clothes before going to the office the office. They said they will let me know once my room is ready and guess what, it was ready at 3 pm official check in time.I asked if I can sit inside to join a meeting in 5 mins, in the lobby bcs I was able to see there were tables inside. You can see the answer I got from 7/24 very professional support (!).Lastly, in 9:30 today in the morning I woke up my door is slowly knocking and a guy entering my room although the official check out is 11, a cleaning guy entered the room and I said I will not leave before 11. If 3 pm is sharp time for you, you should respect the privacy of your guests when they are checking out and I could have been naked, in the shower as well.So terrible experience from start to end, dont book this hotel.

I rented a room with a friend for 4 nights. From 06.07 to 10.07. When my friend and I went for a walk around Berlin, we could no longer get into the room. The door was locked (all doors have a personal PIN code) and no PIN code was suitable. There is no reception at the hotel, and it is also unknown where to find staff. After a 3-hour conversation with support on the phone, no one helped us open the door. We were given a room in another hotel chain, where we had to get there on our own (no one compensated us for the expenses on a taxi). The next day I had to fly back to the hotel that was originally booked to get myself in order, pack my things and go to the airport. Of course, no one made it to the airport and I missed the flight, but who cares. The nerves were quite frayed and no one wanted to spoil their mood again. By the way, I had a birthday on July 7, which they ruined for me and didn’t allow me to get into my room. I will never book a room with this chain again because I didn’t even hear an apology!

AVOID booking to this hotel and be careful if you decide to book in this chain because the photos are totally misleading and fake! I booked a room based on a photo that advertized a luxury room with view on the top floor. They have never informed me that the final room is based on availability and they have never gave me the choice to select my room in advance or to cancel my reservation. When I called them, the customer service was horrible and they claimed that they have no power to change my room or cancel my reservation, even though they admit their mistakes! My dear Limehome, you should already know that Digitalization must always be side by side with Customer Centricity. Very bad experience - never again! Just have a look at the photos pls.

From the accommodation you can walk to Alexanderplatz in about 15 minutes, or take the M2 tram (stop almost in front of the door) in 5 minutes. The apartment has a balcony facing the backyard, a kitchenette and a very comfortable bed. When we arrived everything was clean and in order. The windows were dirty, but that was due to the dust from the large construction site next door and weekly window cleaning would be a bit much to ask. The construction site didn't bother us in terms of noise; no noisy work was carried out. Of course, this can change from day to day.Entering the PIN to open the room door is not very user-friendly. Dark keys in a dimly lit hallway, the lighting also has a very short timer. I had to help myself with the light from the smartphone camera.

Super centrally located apartments with easy self-check-in. The rooms have everything you need. The common area on the ground floor in particular is amazing (bar, fireplace, etc). Very relaxed environment.The only potential criticism: the refrigerator hums quite loudly.

While Prenzlauerberg is a really cute neighbourhood, I would not stay a second time at the Limehome. It got super hot and stuffy (even mid-April) and is located at a very noisy road. So leaving the window open was no option either. A different place next time.

Construction site starts to be noisy at 6 a.m., even if the accommodation is ok, I would have liked communication in advance instead of wordless earplugs in the room (no joke). And yes: that is a complaint because the windows are in no way insulating.

Looks good in itself and the location is fine, but clean?! No, not at all. Rather dirty to dirty, I don't want to take my shoes off in here. Toothpaste stains on the wall behind the sink, crumbs on the floor in front of the kitchenette and really disgusting stains on the floor around the toilet. Don't even want to know what that is.And at least the suite is too expensive to be okay with "Then I'll just clean it again myself."Service available by phone but super arrogant including "It's not even 3 p.m. yet." Correct, it's 2:57 p.m.Yes, no, I can't recommend it. I don't even dare lift the sheet and look at the mattress.

The rooms are of the usual hotel standard and are fine. In front of it there is a 5-lane road plus a tram line. On the other hand, the windows are hardly insulated at all and are of absolutely no hotel standard. Even with Oropax it is not possible to sleep well because of the noise. Unfortunately it was also poorly cleaned, but that can happen. So not recommended at all.

Horrible experience with cleaning. They start cleaning at 8:30am and loudly talk in the corridor in between their cleaning. It was not possible to arrange cleaning after 11am, even though they were claimed to work until 3pm. It also took several days and messages back and forth to finally get an answer that an afternoon cleaning cannot be done.
