Good location in the center of town, rooms and bathrooms very chic and modern. Quiet location, outdoor area invites you to linger, whether for breakfast or in the evening... at any time. Of course it depends on the season. Very nice and modern kitchen with a fireplace and enough space for many people.We stayed here in a group of 15 people for 3 days.All in all, highly recommended.Landlady also very friendly and nice.

It's a shame that you can only give 5 stars, it was definitely 10! We have been going hiking in September in a group of around 16 people for almost 20 years and it is partly. difficult to find suitable group accommodation. But the Geiseltalsee guesthouse was definitely one of the best we've ever had. A beautiful property furnished with great attention to detail, the rooms were top notch, each had a separate bathroom, the kitchen left nothing to be desired, you could sit outside in the evenings with a Mediterranean flair and everything was very clean. The communication with the Röhlinger family was great, all inquiries were answered immediately, and the handover/takeover was extremely friendly. I can absolutely recommend the guest house.

We were invited to a big birthday and the whole thing was self-sufficient. The house is in very good condition. Rooms are clean and well furnished. The courtyard of the house has a nostalgic flair. The weather allowed us to sit outside. There is a very well-equipped kitchen in the house. Since the host had hired a chef, this was ideal. The place is of course attractive due to the nearby lake. One thing surprised me. There are plenty of free parking spaces in the area. Go there and take a look.

A beautiful, lovingly run guesthouse located directly on the market in Mücheln. The Geiseltalsee is in the immediate vicinity. The guest house is an ideal location to get to know Mücheln, the Geiseltalsee with its gastronomy and leisure activities as well as the Saale-Unstrut region.

Dear guesthouse team,About a year ago we were looking for accommodation for a large family celebration and came across this guest house. The contact up to the booking was great. All wishes were taken into account and a solution was sought. We spent our weekend here for our son's youth ordination. Our guests felt very comfortable and were thrilled by the loving furnishings of the accommodation and everything around it. Even when we moved into the house, everything was very well prepared and we received a warm welcome.I can only recommend this house. Dear guesthouse team,We spent a great family weekend in the guest house. We received a very warm welcome and found lovingly furnished rooms. Comfortable beds and newly renovated bathrooms ensure pleasant comfort even in a group of 18 people. The price-performance ratio is great and the equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfectly designed for large groups. You can also spend time outside when the temperatures are pleasant and there are plenty of seating options available. A wonderful house. So lovingly furnished and managed. We were spoiled so much. We organized a women's weekend seminar there. The food that was prepared for us was prepared with so much love. Fresh, high quality and plentiful. And then this warmth. Thank you very much, Mr and Mrs Röhlinger. Very, very happy again.And here are a few more facts:- the lake is within walking distance and is incredibly beautiful.- the whole place is magical and idyllic, no matter where you walk- we were 20 women and had enough space to dance, meditate, light a fire and make noise.- everything was super clean- the kitchen has everything: microwave, dishwasher, great hob.- the extra beds were great and even the room was really cute 🥰There really was NOTHING missing!!!And Mr. Röhlinger always has an open ear!THANK YOU VERY MUCHMartina Tesmer

Group trip / corporate offsite - This location is perfect as group accommodation for seminars, workshops or similar. We were there for an offsite with workshops with 16 people and we didn't miss anything. The rustic house is modern, tastefully and high-quality furnished. The surrounding area is picturesque, the lake is only a 15-minute walk away, as are the shopping opportunities. If desired, the hosts will spoil you with home-made dishes and loving cooking. Ordering vegan food is not a problem - on the contrary. We were spoiled vegan with risotto, vegetable stir-fry, salads, dessert, cake,... again at any time.

We were guests here as a hiking group. Everyone was very satisfied. Our luggage was picked up in Braunsbedra so we could hike on the first day - very nice! When we left, our suitcases were also driven to the train station. The breakfast is very praiseworthy. We found space in the courtyard every evening to end the day nicely. The house was very clean, has modern kitchen equipment for use.Beverages with a trusted cash register were also available, as was a guest refrigerator for storing your own food and drinks.

The rooms are very well maintained and tidy, the interior is modern. The common room has everything you need. The outdoor area with a roof is lovingly designed and ideal for sitting comfortably together in the evening. All of this in combination with a quiet location in town and the walking distance to Geiseltalsee allowed us to spend a great weekend with the family. Thanks :)

We stayed in the guest house for a weekend with our circle of friends of almost 20 people. Each family had a relaxed room with an ensuite bathroom, which were all wonderfully and comfortably furnished. Everything was really sparkling clean. We were particularly impressed by the kitchen and the yard. We have rarely seen such a well-equipped kitchen, even spices, oil, etc. were there! We spent most of the time in the yard at a long table, used the fire bowl and the grill and also helped ourselves to the herb bed. If the weather is bad, there is also a common room including a couch area and games.The welcome was very warm and the handover was also super friendly. Thank you very much, we can recommend the accommodation without any ifs and buts!

We rented the entire house for a friends weekend including the children. It was perfect for our large group (10 adults and 9 children). From a fire bowl to a grill, lovingly furnished rooms to a perfectly equipped kitchen, there was really nothing missing! The lake can be reached on foot within a very short time and is beautiful. Neighbors and landlords are very warm and fond of children. It wasn't difficult to feel comfortable. We had a wonderful weekend. Unfortunately, our little cuddly toy who was traveling with us missed the departure and was found by the landlord and sent to us in a flash. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts and would be happy to come back!!!!

The guest house is ideal for family celebrations or trips with friends. It is also the right size for seminars, courses or other events. The hosts are extremely friendly, take care of everything and, upon request, prepare an excellent meal and a huge breakfast with many loving details. Absolutely recommended!

Very hospitable, cozy guest house that we used for a family celebration. The rooms are nicely furnished and very clean, the bathrooms have been newly renovated. The guest room with a fully equipped new kitchen and fireplace is ideal for a cozy get-together and celebration.We cooked some of the food ourselves, but also accepted the hosts' offer and were served a very tasty menu in the evening and a very hearty breakfast the next morning. :)In general, the hosts were preparingand also during our stay very friendly and tried to respond to our wishes and ideas.We also really liked the location of the house in the center of the pretty market square with a view of the historic town hall; the distance to grocery stores, restaurants and the lake is short.All in all, we can only warmly recommend the house, not to mention that there is a lot to discover in the region.

Last year we spent a wonderful weekend here with our hiking friends. First-class culinary care, cozy common rooms and each room in its own style. The guest house was the starting point for hikes into nature and history.That's why we came here a second time. This time to also spend the New Year here. We weren't disappointed again. Thank you for the New Year's menu and the first-class breakfast these days. Thank you to the hosts for the great level.However, one downside remains: New Year's Eve 2023/24 is unfortunately already fully booked.
