Ok... I got the attic...The room itself was clean, the beds mmm well they weren't that bad, there was no air conditioning but we had two fans (literally one old and one we could say modern), on TV there are no channels in Spanish 😭 (not that one I locked myself in to watch TV but at night I wanted to use it since the internet...) Well... What a bad internet, obviously since I was in the attic I couldn't get the internet, around 3 AM everyone is asleep I got some notifications, but none of my messages went out. At night the hallway on the top floor had no light, I had to use my cell phone since you can't see absolutely anything! You enter the room with a key and can't figure out the lock.The breakfast was average, nothing new but yes (as I went in a group) they refilled the food from time to time, I liked that a lot.The location, although it is far from the center of Berlin, is well connected, the subway is close and buses pass there.The surroundings, there is a park nearby and there is somewhere to eat, whether it is morning or not so late, at night it is more difficult to find what to eat nearby, if you are lucky you find the two restaurants open or the supermarket until 7pm.I must say that I had a slight communist experience in this hotel because of the atmosphere in it.

Very disappointed!!! We have booked with the hotel for over 10 years. Now in October we reserved a family room again for Christmas time and paid for it in full, then on December 15th there was a cancellation and they couldn't give us a replacement room. Really annoying!!! The trip begins in a few days and now we are forced to book very expensive hotels... Never again!

My stay was very good. The staff are the best. Very easy check in. Close to the airport and breakfast was delicious. For $55 in Berlin this hotel exceeded my expectations!

Large rooms and large underground parking. Short routes. Breakfast was all good and plentiful. We cannot share the negative reviews. Gladly again.

The rooms are quiet in the 90s and early 2000s... there was a constant smell of burnt cables in my room. The pillows are super thin and the mattress is hard. In conclusion, I just couldn't sleep well at night, not least because I was constantly itching. And since it wasn't just me, I'm assuming it wasn't my fault... the shower could also urgently use new silicone joints (black mold).The hotel wasn't that easy to find either, because the outside advertising no longer works properly, so it said "rk Hotel" above the entrance (illuminated) instead of Park Hotel.Positive: the breakfast is not very common but ok…

I came to spend a few days for work and the experience was terrible. The hotel does not have any restaurant service, and due to the location there are no places nearby to eat either. The Internet in the room doesn't work well and when I asked about it, they said they couldn't do anything and recommended using the Wi-Fi in the lobby.The shower is not very clean, as it is an old hotel. But I don't recommend it mainly because of the location.

I had two employees accommodated in this hotel for 4 days and 209 euros per room (1,600 euros), without breakfast. The room was clean, but the bathroom only had a bathtub as a shower and the joints were completely moldy. This hotel is not recommended.

Some basic things in this hotel is really bad, like no socket for cellphone and the telephone is not working. And the heating isn’t working in such cold day. The nearest Supermarkt is 700m away…. No drinks in the fridge. 🙃Thank you, I mean it.

We checked in on September 2nd, 2022 at 11:30 p.m. The hotel itself is fine. The only thing is that the dark-haired person with broken German at the reception makes a fool of you. Respectful interaction is part of it. You should do a job that you really enjoy.

The hotel is fine. The room design may be stuck in the eighties, but the retro style is acceptable.Unfortunately, the rooms are noisy and the WiFi is very, very poor.

I don't recommend this hotel. I came in summer and the air didn't work, the wifi was terrible and everything smells cigarette. I tried to change the room and the administration didn't wants.

Unfortunately, the hotel is getting quite old, as is the cleanliness. The joints in the shower are covered in mold, the curtains are stained, anything but beautiful. In summer it gets quite warm in the room as there is unfortunately no air conditioning. Ventilating at night only helps if you are accommodated in the back. The street in front of the hotel is very loud.The elevator needs to be serviced, the doors squeak, it runs unsteadily at full speed and is loud so that you can hear every ride in the room.The breakfast is adequate, the selection seems to have been larger in the past.A compliment to the staff, who were always friendly.The public connection is okay, a bus runs every 20 minutes and the U7 subway stop is an 8-minute walk away.

Poorly insulated building that heats up significantly in summer. I stayed in a double room without air conditioning! The cleanliness of the room could be greatly improved. Mold in the bathroom was shocking. WiFi connection was very unstable. The one remaining star is due to the good connection to the U7 and the easily accessible underground car park as well as the acceptable friendliness of the reception.
