We celebrated our wedding at the Elbzollhaus at the end of August 2024.From the first meeting to the actual planning, we felt competent and very well advised.The location and the ambience are beautiful. Our wishes were always taken into account and we had a wonderful wedding celebration that also delighted our guests. A nice conclusion was the shared breakfast with buffet in the morning after the celebration.

We were here for a wedding. And what can I say, it could have been really good.However, the contracts were very unstructured and vaguely worded, despite certain information, there was some follow-up (especially shortly before the event), and then unfortunately a very non-transparent "invoice" was constructed and presented when the drinks were billed. All in all, I recommend avoiding this location for special occasions, even if the location is really good.But here you can see once again how poor service or the greed for sales overshadows what is actually a great location.

The rooms in the tower are not very large. They are functional. Beautifully located on the Elbe. At night, however, the nearby trains passing by are disturbing when the window is open. They're pretty loud. Is the price appropriate for a double room of this size? Probably not. Breakfast costs additionally.

We got married on June 1st, 2024 in the Elbzollhaus, it was the perfect wedding for us. We didn't have to worry about anything and were able to enjoy our celebration to the fullest; the guests were all very satisfied. The service and the cocktails were very good. Some guests also slept on site, the rooms are very tastefully decorated, the bridal suite was a dream. Our wedding had to change location at very short notice, the professional support and collaboration with Mr. Klapproth as well as Katharina and the Elbzollhaus team went smoothly and made our wedding a very special experience.

We celebrated our daughter's youth consecration on May 11th, 2024 in the Elbzollhaus. It was awesome, the facility was beautifully maintained, the Elbzollhaus team implemented all of our wishes, and the service that evening was top notch. The entire package that was offered to us was true for a youth consecration (family celebration) with small guests and also a highlight of the day for the adults.Sir Henry (magician) or the fire show and the DJ were just great. 5 stars are actually not enough for the great team!Dear Elbzollhaus and partnerThank you very much for this great day!!

Unfortunately you have to give one star. Although the location and the premises are ideal for undisturbed celebrations.The rooms could be nicer and more comfortable. Unfortunately, just painting all the walls brightly isn't enough, especially not given the price.The purchased staff was fine.The operators were also on site and served, although there was a lack of professionalism and empathy. The customer is king!Pricing and contracts are not transparent/comprehensible.No recommendation.

We visited the Elbzollhaus on the occasion of a wedding celebration. The entire facility is very well maintained and visually appealing. The service staff is very diligent and friendly and tries to anticipate all of the guests' wishes. Fast service and fulfillment of special requests. The rooms are all great and you feel comfortable in them. Recommended at any time

We celebrated our wedding on Saturday at the Elbzollhaus.It had simply been a dream. The rooms are nice, the staff attentive and the owner and his sister really welcoming.It was really beautiful and our guests were thrilled. I can only recommend the Elbzollhaus for celebrations, weddings, etc.

A really great location...We celebrated our wedding there on September 24th, 22 and it was so great.Everything went well in terms of planning, coordination and implementation... and even my grandma said that it was the best wedding she had ever experienced.The owner and his sister are so welcoming, as are the staff who run the bar.The partners we work with there are just as great. Sir Henry (magician) and the DJ were absolute class.Dear Elbzollhaus and partner, thank you very much for this great evening!!!

We were just cycling there, unfortunately for free. Closed because there was probably a celebration there beforehand. Don't you have to publish it online when it's closed? I think customer service is different.

It's a shame that one of the most beautiful days in your life is ruined so badly. Preferably everything should be done the same as always, only much more expensive. Unfortunately, professionalism and empathy are missing here. A great property also requires humanity and, above all, a realistic offer. There is no need to keep potential customers crying about the inflation crisis.Looking good alone isn't enough. But apparently that's why the overpriced prices were already noticed.
