As a beautiful wedding location for our free wedding ceremony in the adjacent garden of the hotel followed by a celebration with a remarkable team, the Hotel Stadt definitely deserves high praise!From the first contact until the day of our free wedding in September, we experienced fantastic communication with Lara Simon - she always supported us and answered all of our questions quickly. The restaurant manager Sebastian and his team ensured that we and our guests didn't lack anything with excellent service. A very special thank you also goes to the talented chef Christian, who not only conjured up delicious dishes, but also took intolerances into account. The entire staff really went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. Thank you to everyone who contributed.The hotel rooms are also very modern and nicely decorated. Nothing was missing at breakfast either.We are over the moon that we chose this location and can recommend it without reservation!

Absolutely calm. Right at the back from the train station, just a 3 minute walk. Downtown can be reached in 10 minutes.Breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. Great bar.

Visit 2 nights October 2024:Very nice hotel in a top location (directly at the train station), with an exceptionally beautiful design, in the room (e.g. bathroom), but even more so in the reception and dining area.Good standard breakfast buffet, staff very friendly.

The stay and breakfast were very good, it is a disappointment that you are in your room and there is a piece of paper on the door, please do not disturb and that suddenly a woman from the hotel entered our room and head had keys for the rooms, I found that very uncomfortable, she could have knocked, ultimately it is your privacy that they disturb, otherwise it was a very good stay.We will definitely come back!

Very central location, rooms tastefully decorated. We had a room on the 19th floor with a nice view.What disappointed us a little was the breakfast buffet. Although the staff was very nice and helpful, they also fulfilled our request for an omelet.Unfortunately, the sausage and cheese looked a bit “leftover”. Sausage wavy and cheese dry. Unfortunately that was a shame.Otherwise everything was good.

I was supposed to have a professional 6D microblading training course including catering in this hotel the day after tomorrow. I invested a lot of money in marketing and advertising and was supervised by Ms. Simon, but unfortunately the communication was extremely poor. Despite two months of email correspondence, on-site appointments and phone calls, misunderstandings arose that were not resolved in a timely manner. I have been planning this training for two months and have always asked precise questions in order to avoid misunderstandings like this. Everything has been confirmed to me every time, but now they are backtracking. There were two options of hall and participant packages to choose from. Since the number of participants did not work out for the large offer, a solution was no longer sought for the smaller package or smaller number of participants and the price should be reimbursed based on the full package, which I absolutely cannot understand or accept. Two days before the training I had to look for a new location including catering. Even though I got in touch before the deadline ended, no solution was offered. Instead, I was now allowed to cancel free of charge, as it was a mistake on her part but she didn't admit it, but the problem was now passed on to me, so that Ms. Simon escaped unscathed. I have the feeling that Ms. Simon just wanted to brush me off.Two years ago we stayed in this hotel under the old name Steigenberger and everything went smoothly back then, which led me to want to do my training here. Unfortunately I can't say the same about training and communication/organization.I have been running a professional beauty and aesthetics studio in Rheinfelden for over twelve years and ALWAYS find a solution with my customers. If anything is unclear, I will get back to you in a timely manner instead of passing on the responsibility to the customer, even though the communication was clear! Because of this experience, I will no longer plan training courses at this hotel and cannot recommend it.

Unfortunately I can only give it 5 stars. that hotel has earned the highest number of stars. All wishes are implemented, very friendly staff.The food here is so delicious and deserves several extra stars. Thursday is in the summer monthsbarbecue grilling, everything perfectOn the second evening we had a 3-course half board, wishes and intolerances are taken into account hereThe chef and the service manager were extremely accommodating, friendly and hard-working.Breakfast also very varied, great atmosphere overall. Hotel. We had the room on the 18th floor and there is a sauna and fitness studio on the 20th floorThe staff at the reception were also very friendly and always had a smile. We can recommend the hotel without any problems.Will definitely come back.

The Hotel Stadt Lörrach is centrally located right next to the train station and opposite the city center.You can park in the hotel's own underground car park. Although this is not cheap, alternatives are few and far between.The reception for check-in was quick. There was the option of storing your data beforehand.There is enough space in the room. The beds are big. The mattresses were too firm for me personally, but that's always a matter of taste.If you book a hotel room in this location, it is clear that you will hear the train station. But with the windows closed it was okay. There is also air conditioning, but the fan was so weak even at the highest setting that I only felt a draft when I held my hand directly in front of it.The bathroom was large and nice, as was the shower. However, there could have been a little more pressure on the cold water pipe. Even though we were only on the 4th floor, taking a cold shower was almost impossible.The breakfast was good. The rooms are large enough, even if at first glance there was sometimes no free space to be seen. Due to the constant change of breakfast guests, a table was always available, which was quickly set up again.The food selection was more than sufficient.The à la carte dinner was good, the selection was large enough. The service was very friendly.
